Never again stay!

Guy at the desk refused to do a print out to show we payed for the stay. My husband kept asking. Was told we didn't need a print out. No proof . Constant dripped at the fauset all day and night. Faucet at the sink needed to be replaced. It was disgusting. Sheets did not stay on the bed. We had to keep putting them on. Wrong bedding did not fit properly and why there was a layer of bedding that was added to bring warmth to the bed...that did not belong there.

Great room! Only issue I had was that we were charged a $50 security deposit even after we paid with a debit card. I was told it would be refunded but would take 2 days.

Definitely won’t stay again…

Yikes… I knew it would be a resort for $75 but this was pretty awful. The bathroom was beyond disgusting. I would not have gotten in that nasty shower unless I was covered in mud. No bathroom fan, no shampoo, the soap was from another hotel, the towels were very worn and thin. There were hairs on the sink and dirt on the floor between the bathroom and bedroom. The “king size” bed was 2 twins pushed together that felt like you were sloshing in the ocean when you tried to move. There were brownish red stains on the underside of the comforter that was straight out of the 1980’s. Just really dated and gross all around. I’m not sure how it has a 7.2 rating, so here’s a review for you who think it’ll be fine based on that high score so you can make your own choice.

In town for a basketball tournament and didn’t want to pay over $200/night for us to just sleep there. Bathroom was the worst thing. Smelled like pee (possible shower curtain) and the shower head wouldn’t fully work but we made do. Beds were comfortable, AC working and Hot water. No bugs and decent sized room. Fridge and microwave provided. Would stay here again if in town if trying to save money.

The bed was shot. There was no coffee maker in room. There was no second key offered.when asked for made service we received clean towels and they emptied the trash.
