Our stay at Hotel Santa Maria was absolutely delightful! The staff made us feel like family, and the cozy, charming vibe of the hotel was the perfect retreat. Hotel Santa Maria is a great place to stay in Rome. The location is great, with so many restaurants close by, and also walkable to most tourist attractions. There is a very nice patio where you can have a great breakfast under the shade of orange trees. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

The setting for this Hotel is fantastic with lovely courtyards and comfortable rooms. All the staff we met, from the reception staff, the breakfast and bar staff and the cleaners were friendly, kind, attentive and clearly enjoyed their work. Alessandro, the manager in charge when I came, gave me a warm welcome. He was diligent giving all the information I needed. The bedroom was clean, with enough supply of tea, and a tea kettle was available. The bathroom was immaculate with the tub and shower -- a nice bath with good flow of water. Toiletries were provided. Breakfast was superb! Variety of coffee that were freshly brewed by the barista. Egg, ham, cereals, fruits, bread, muffins, and fresh juices were available. The staff were courteous and very accommodating.
