Good communication and responsive via the mobile app. Room was clean and spacious compared to other hotels with the same selection. Convenient location with lots of restaurants and many tourists. Don Quijite in Asakusa opens 24 hours. There is a lift at one of the station exits and walkable within 6 mins.

Very good location, not far from a lot of tourist attractions. It was clean, quiet, had umbrellas and toothbrushes for us already. Only complaint is that they don’t ship your luggage and we could’ve used more clean towels. Yes I could have asked but some places just drop a bag of clean ones next to your door every morning without asking, something like that would be nice for foreign customers.

Great location next to train stations, attractions and food! Great place to come back to after a hectic day and have a quiet’s night rest. Easy to get around from the train stations.. straight line to shibuya on the Ginza lines would stay here again!
