The resort is clean and relatively new, with excellent facilities. However, the service leaves much to be desired. Majority of staff at the reception, restaurants, and pools appeared undertrained and inattentive for a 5 star hotel. Their lack of professionalism was disappointing. Additionally, having only one golf cart available to cover the entire resort made transportation from the rooms to the dining area especially in the sun — approximately 600 meters each way — quite inconvenient. Lastly, there is no place to sit other than bars that server alcohol which doesn't cater to a diverse clientele

Un beau séjour, malgré que…

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Oasis. Le service était globalement très satisfaisant, avec quelques membres du personnel qui se démarquent particulièrement par leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse : Un immense merci à Mohamed Shaaban Masoud (Housekeeping) pour son travail impeccable et son dévouement. Il a vraiment fait toute la différence dans notre séjour – top top ! Merci également à Mohamed Tito (le maître-nageur), toujours accueillant et d’une grande gentillesse – un vrai plaisir de le croiser chaque jour. Mention spéciale au Chef Kamel, qui a été très à l’écoute de mes besoins alimentaires. Ne consommant pas de sucre, il a eu la délicatesse de me préparer de délicieux desserts sans sucre, ce que j’ai énormément apprécié. La cuisine en général était vraiment bonne. Côté réception, seul Mohamed Salah s’est montré à la hauteur d’un accueil professionnel. Les autres membres de l’équipe auraient besoin de formation en accueil et relation client. Concernant l’infrastructure : l’hôtel est très vaste, ce qui peut être un avantage… ou un inconvénient selon votre situation. Si vous venez avec un enfant, évitez les chambres “confort”, elles sont trop éloignées des restaurants et de la plage. Les chambres “fabuleuses” sont idéalement situées, proches de tout. Petit bémol : la plage ne nous a pas vraiment séduits, il y a beaucoup de rochers dans la mer, ce qui peut rendre la baignade moins agréable. En résumé, notre séjour a été très agréabl!

Il resort è molto bello e nuovo, camere ampie e i ragazzi sono tutti gentilissimi. Il punto mare è pessimo, barriera corallina inesistente, qualche pesce ma niente di che, sono rimasta molto delusa (purtroppo io mi sono fidata di chi scriveva che c’era una bella barriera). Purtroppo abbiamo avuto bisogno del medico in quanto il pesce “chirurgo” ha attaccato il mio compagno al piede e non avendo l’assicurazione ci hanno chiesto “dai 600 ai 1000€” per dei punti (che non abbiamo fatto mettere) su un taglio che quando siamo arrivati a casa era già chiuso (abbiamo comunque pagato 131€ per visita e fasciatura). Inoltre bisogna organizzare meglio il trasporto dall’aeroporto senza far aspettare più di un’ora per partire e andare al resort che comunque dista un’ora e mezza.

Our stay at your hotel was extremely disappointing and harmful. On our first day, we purchased sunscreen from the hotel’s bazaar. The seller claimed it was high-quality and made in England. It was completely fake. We are a family of six, and all of us got severely sunburned after using it for just one day. When we returned to the bazaar to complain, the seller laughed at us and gave us an aloe vera gel, which was also fake and made our skin even worse. A doctor later confirmed that both products had harmful chemicals that caused chemical burns, and we were all prescribed cortisone for treatment. We reported the incident to the reception, but the staff was completely unhelpful and uninterested. When we visited the bazaar again with the General Manager, the seller suddenly brought out an original product, clearly proving he knew he was selling fake ones. The GM promised to contact us the next day with a solution, but no one followed up. The bazaar is still selling these fake and dangerous products, and no one at the hotel seems to care. This is unacceptable behavior from a hotel that claims to be 5 stars. Our vacation was completely ruined, our health was affected, and we received zero support. We demand an apology, compensation, and immediate action against this vendor. Otherwise, we will be forced to escalate the matter and make our experience public.

È la seconda volta che torno qui; la prima volta a ottobre 2024 quando ancora c’era il soft opening e la seconda ora a fine maggio. Che dire , il resort è FANTASTICO. È completamente nuovo, le stanze (sopratutto le Fabulos) sono enormi, pulite e comodissime. I ristoranti ed il cibo veramente veramente eccezionali. Barriera corallina buona, purtroppo si vede che il tempo la sta deteriorando ma tra tante viste non è poi così male! Può capitare di nuotare con la tartaruga marina anche nei pressi della barriera del resort. Poi c’è molto da nuotare e vedere. Si può costeggiare tutta la costa di barriera corallina fino ai due resort che ci sono accanto : sunshine e fantazia. Che dire, consiglio 100% Un grande saluto allo staff gentilissimo e sopratutto ad Amr che lavora al bar di piazza bar, un ragazzo d’oro. Andate andate andate !

Piacevole scoperta

Struttura di nuova costruzione, fronte mare, ben organizzata, qualità del cibo medio alta e molto varia, consigliato a chi cerca il vero e puro relax. Staff tutto sommato disponibili e non assillanti com le varie richieste e mance. Tornerò sicuramente, già ho riprenotato Unico tasto dolente il prezzo esagerato del checkout posticipato.

Siamo una coppia giovane e dinamica. Questa struttura ci ha permesso di godere di completo relax e anche di poter vivere con dinamicità le nostre giornate, tra la palestra con sauna e spa, spiaggia attrezzata con un comodo pontile per ammirare il reef e la fauna marina spettacolare, lunghe passeggiate mattutine o serali. Per i più pigri relax assicurato in piena tranquillità. Il divertimento è sempre all’angolo: le innumerevoli piscine con i bar adiacenti offrono a tutte le ore cocktail e snack, l’animazione è presente ma mai invadente. Le serate animate dalla musica dal vivo sono gradevoli. Abbiamo mangiato bene, un offerta per tutti i gusti anche se avrei gradito qualche pietanza tradizionale egiziana e piatti di pesce poco presenti. Buffet di dolci e frutta buono. Personale cordiale e simpatico Da migliorare: pulizia nelle stanze superficiale; l’orario della palestra più flessibile e magari aggiungere un bilanciere per i pesi. Aggiungerei il gelato e altri snack di frutta e verdura nel pomeriggio. Se dovessi scegliere Marsa Alam per le prossime vacanze di sicuro Sentido Reef Oasis sarà la nostra scelta.
