DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL

First of all we drove to our hotel only to find homeless people and street walkers mingling around the front entrance of hotel. The area the hotel was in was full of people on corners begging for money. We drove to entrance of hotel to see 2 females approaching a guest for services. Our 5:00 am flight was canceled and we did not stay at the hotel. When I tried to call hotel, the only response I kept getting from the man answering the front desk, was he was too busy with customers, call back tomorrow.

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever encountered. Cleanliness of room was terri le. Appearance of room was bad, front desk person was unfriendly. Options in refrigerator for drinks were almost all expired. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Will not ever stay at another la Quinta ever again most likely.

Nope

So the picture is sitting eating breakfast. All day and night there is people walking, riding bikes, peeing and fixing cars around this property. They are not by the airport, they are down the highway in a not so good area. Do not leave anything in your car but there was Tulsa police that was riding around in the parking lot. I literally walked out to a man peeing with his private part exposed in the motel parking lot next door. Breakfast is cold pre boiled eggs with no shells(think the ones you see at QT), a lot of bread products, white gravy, potatoes and sausage patties which she wouldn't put out a lot, So if you're a diabetic get your pen ready and apples. The pool was clean and a nice size but didn't swim.

Nice stay

My girlfriend and I stayed here in a suite two nights while in town for a convention. We enjoyed the room. There was a weird thing while we were at breakfast. The housekeeping staff removed all of our towels but didn't replace them. I found a housecleaning staff person who replaced them with towels from an unused room and spoke to the front desk about the situation. The person at the front desk didn't think it was odd at all and just wasn't really receptive to my questions about the situation. Also the pillows were quite small, and I would have liked orange juice at the continental breakfast. All that being said, it was a solid stay. The breakfast included really good muffins, the bed was comfortable, the check in and out procedures were smooth, and the location was near a Quick Trip, which is a great gas station convenience store, as well as a Dollar General. Also the price of the suite was hardly more than a regular room and I liked the extra space and having a microwave (don't know if regular room has that).

Horrific experience

This was way overpriced for the location in an incredibly unsafe neighborhood. It was in such poor condition from the smells, to the other patrons, to the state of the rooms that I had to move to a different hotel and lose money. I’m a young blonde woman and the cops genuinely stopped me on the street while walking along the block to go get a bite to eat and told me that it was unsafe for me to walk at all in the neighborhood and strongly recommended I switch hotels. I lost 300 dollars by thinking this would be a viable airport hotel.

We didn’t get to town until after midnight. I tried to call the front desk prior to our arrival and all I got was an “inbox full” message. It was late. We just needed a place to rest our heads for the night and the price was decent. The hotel itself was rather run down. The sheets had stains on them. The room smelled weird. Felt old and dirty. There was man walking outside offering to get us a luggage cart that didn’t work there and it wasn’t like he was a guest with one, offering to give it to us. Good enough for what we needed, I suppose but likely won’t be returning.

First room the TV did not work. Moved to another room and we had to fix the chain on the toilet so it would work. Next morning, no fruit for breakfast, which I find that as lacking, since we all need fruit.

The bathrooms in the rooms can be cleaned better... toilet was not clean on the sides and the shower walls and edges could be cleaned better.... carpet needs to shampooed and rooms needs to be sprayed for insects and bugs.... curtains had stains and the air conditioner unit would not allow us the adjust the temperature.......

There was no body wash. They give you the smallest bar of soap I've ever seen. We had to download our Amazon app to watch T.V. Bathroom door needs to be adjusted, it want close unless you push it really hard. Room 216.
