Spotless furniture was gorgeous best comfortable bed ever in a hotel I've been to, towels are so soft and white. I will stay Privada again and recommended it to my friends and family. pillows are too soft so I suggested if you get two firm pillows too

Being the only hotel in the islands that is energy independent, is just the headline! This is a sustainable business model that others will try to copy in the future. An absolutely gorgeous property. So many photo op areas. 100% solar powered. Super friendly and responsive staff. Great location with a car, close to most things (including a gym .6 miles away). Only 10 min from the airport. They used high quality materials throughout the room and thought of everything. Truly, everything. Dish soap, sponge, bug spray, steamer, outdoor and indoor areas to work. The shower water was delightfully *scalding* so much so that I could not shower at the highest setting It’s also very easy to find at night. Great team, great concept and an absolutely stellar execution. I extended my stay in Aruba just to spend another night/morning on the property. I hope to experience more Privada locations around the world!!

Boa estrutura, mas deixou a desejar na limpeza e n

Tivemos um pouco de dificuldade na comunicação, mas o recepcionista foi atencioso e se esforçou para nos atender da melhor forma possível. A estadia é bem equipada, embora a geladeira pudesse ser maior, uma sanduicheira faria falta e o cooktop demora bastante para aquecer — mas conseguimos nos virar. O ponto que mais nos decepcionou foi a limpeza: ela não está inclusa na diária. Se você quiser, precisa pagar à parte. Quando solicitamos a limpeza, informaram inicialmente que seria feita após o 6º dia, mas, mesmo depois desse período, não foi realizada. Ao final da estadia, o recepcionista disse que só seria feita após o 8º dia. Ou seja, se você gosta de tudo sempre limpo e organizado, prepare-se para cuidar você mesmo ou pagar extra por toalhas e limpeza. Outro ponto negativo foi a central de ar, que desligava sozinha e demorava muito para esfriar o ambiente. Acabamos sentindo bastante calor.

We loved the private feeling once you were in your villa. The plunge pool was a great respite area to cool off after a day of activities in the heat. The room was very clean when we arrived and everything worked well. Close to basically everything including grocery stores, and restaurants. The staff we encountered or spoke with were great, very welcoming and helpful. The only thing I didn't like that I think could be improved upon was the mini fridge, I think the next side apartment size fridge would be a much better option for people staying longer than a few days.

My wife and I love the property aesthetic and the private pool. This was an amazing stay and the staff are so friendly and welcoming that they made you feel good. The bar had great drinks and it had a nice size pool. The music was nice and had a great vibe. The plants are real and it’s very beautiful. My wife and I will definitely be back.

The place was chic and modern. Everything was provided including beach chairs and towels. However, there were some things that needed to be improved, the AC was not making the room cool enough, the pillows were so thin it made our necks hurt and the mattress was a bit on the hard side. Overall, it was a great stay, the staff and app were helpful.
