Old neglected hotel
Clayton, 1-night trip

Could have been better

Hotel was well positioned for what we needed. Sink in bathroom was cracked and toilet rolls were positioned behind the door. Air conditioner was noisy and the continental breakfast was very sparse and limited. We had a problem with noisy neighbours on the second night at 3:30 am. The staff in charge at night took care of it promptly
Wendy, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was very old and needs a lot of repairs. The continental breakfast need improvement.
Irene, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

The beds were comfortable, the AC is right next to the bed and can be noisy. My husband thought it smelled musty in the room. The rugs in hallways were not looking very clean. Staff was friendly.
Danielle, 1-night trip

Fantastic place to stay if you want a safe, quiet space in downtown Kingston.

We have to change room due the door doesn't close in one room and the ac didn't work on the another. On the "new" room the washroom door was hard to close. More maintenance is needed at the property

Didn't have accessibilty ramp for luggage at entrance, so had to lug heavy suitcases up the stairs to Front Desk in Lobby. I am Disabled and struggle with stairs, curbs, etc. Other than that stay was excellent

The staff here has been great. Very polite, very professional and very accommodating. The rooms are clean and cozy. Fridge, microwave, flat screen tv and a keurig coffee machine in room. Ice machine in the hall, continental breakfast and coffee in the lobby. Very close to everything, great location.
Marc, 5-night trip

My go-to place whenever I stay in downtown Kingston! It has everything I need.

6/10 Good

A very dated but clean hotel. Good breakfast. Toilet didnt flush well unless you flushed it three or four times. The fridge literally froze all of my food regardless of the setting. Screen misding from tge window abd just left invthe corner if the room. No place to hang up your clothes. The neighbourhood is very sketchy with many homeless and drug users. Would not feel safe after dark.
Brenda, 5-night trip

Was below average

8/10 Very good

we enjoyed our stay. The staff was super. The continental breakfast was very good with lots of selection! The motel is in need of a face lift, probably built in 1970. - Thank you for allowing us to share this!
Corinne, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

The hotel is old but the staff are friendly and the room was very clean, except for a stale cigarette smell. The location was not very close to downtown but a quick $10 Uber got us anywhere.
Stacia, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Older property but comfortable for one night stopover. Very comfortable bed. Not the greatest area but easy to get around to Harbour area.
Richard, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Very quiet, staff was friendly and helpful and was in a convenient location. Liked the free parking. The building could use some upkeep but it was clean. The bed was super comfy. I unexpectedly had to stay in town another night and went back. I would stay again.
