Andrea greeted us upon arrival and was great about coordinating our stay! the location and property were beyond impressive. better than staying in a hotel!!!! everything was clean, very stylish, very accommodating and the location is EVERYTHING! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOOKING YOUR STAY HERE. we used 2 rooms and it was perfection. seriously, don't look at any other options.

Everyone was beyond amazing— the staff friendly and accommodating and go above and beyond to make the guests feel comfortable. Andrea helped us with restaurant reservations and sent champagne and chocolates to the room on the day of the birthday celebration. Beautiful recently renovated 6-room boutique hotel directly on an alcove of the Adriatic Sea. A 2 minute walk to the Pile Gate of the old city and the St Lawrence Castle. An ideal location. We had a room with a direct sea view which was fabulous. There was a large patio with a sitting area directly next to our room which was great. The 2 young women at the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed our time at Sea Rocks Residence and highly recommend it.

Everything about this property is stunning! Our room on the top level was very large and nicely furnished. The in-room cooler included complementary snacks and beverages. The location cannot be beat—literally next door to the city walls and walking distance to beaches, shops and restaurants. The outdoor common spaces overlook the water. Words cannot express how amazing this property is! 2 balconies to enjoy, a lounge with complimentary drinks and snacks, fresh, beautiful decor, well laid out, just stunning! And the location!!!!! Where people come all day and night to take pictures is literally where the balconies face! Easy to get to with very few steps. We absolutely loved Sea Rocks! The accommodations were beautiful and location fantastic! We enjoyed the terrace with big comfy chairs and great views next to our room, the lovely room amenities and toiletries, and lounge with stocked breakfast food, coffee, and snacks. We also appreciated the complimentary mini bar drinks and snacks. Even though the location is next to a busy plaza adjacent to the old city gates, the Sea Rocks is beautifully designed for a very quiet and peaceful respite from the the hustle and bustle. Overall a wonderful experience, well priced and lovely accommodations. ,

Incredible stay at Sea Rocks Residence!

Incredible stay. Perfect location for the Old City, quiet despite the tourist throngs nearby. Smartly appointed and immaculate rooms with a great bed and shower. Incredible private terraces overlooking the harbor near the Fort, but best of all was the hospitality of Sea Rocks Residence. Our host Andrea was friendly, helpful, and took pride in making sure her guests were satisfied. Great experience! Don't hesitate in booking. You won't be disappointed!
