The comment area is really need to be cleaning. The elevator is very dirty. The laundry room is very dirty fingerprints and smudges all on doors and windows. It’s just small things that would make it better.

It’s alright…

The place is clean, but the walls are thin! Had a family staying in the room next to me and heard crying kids and running into the walls a lot and a heavy footed individual above me! The front desk has certain hours so it can be hard to see them in person if you work all day. The cable wasn’t great. There is no cookware unless you rent it and you can only do that if you’re on the first floor. Even with all that I would still stay again because of the rate and location.

Good service and a decent option for a longer stay

Check in was late and had to wait a few minutes for the attendant to pop up on the kiosk. Everything was done by video and it was easy. The property was clean and in good condition. Note a person is only at the desk for limited hours (10-4 I think) so plan accordingly.

When I checked in and it was early 10:00 a.m. guy said they had a room available I said okay thank you checked me in the room 207. Disgusting the room was not even clean look like the people were still there in the bathroom bad all in turmoil and filthy. I left my stuff in the bathroom where I was told to leave it and then we cleaned the room because I was headed to a golf tournament that morning.

It was alright. I tend to stay at WoodSpring often due to my 1hr 30min commute to work making it only 20 minutes. I do have issues with the room keys not working (there never next to my phone) my stay 3 weeks ago my room had a lot of fruite flies and my room last week on the 2nd level was not the greatest. The motion sensor light was broke so the bathroom light would always come on and when i would shower it would shut off.

Terrible. Don’t stay here.

Had an issue with the room and tried multiple times to discuss with front desk. They kept forwarding my issue to the hotel general manager who never called back or contacted me. Called 4 separate times and even emailed him/her - Lupe Colon. The staff is non existent, ie video checkin. The hotel smells like weed. And there are strange things happening there at night. Hotel area is also way in the back of an industrial area so not the safest location. Strongly suggest you look past the very cheap price and select another hotel for either short or long term stay. Oh, and somehow Lupe did reply to my review on another hotel website. Assume that’s an automated reply, ie “thanks for your reviews. We’ll be sure to improve in the future….”

We checked in late, around 1030pm. There was no desk person present. They had some sort of machine check in that a person located somewhere in the US suddenly pops up and requests documentation and cc. I get it times are moving fwd, but this machine was brutal. Couldn’t understand a thing the lady was saying. That process sucked, also nothing in the room. No coffee machine, they did have a fridge and microwave, but nothing other than that. The room was rather large and had a powerful AC so that was nice.

Kitchens You Can't Use

We were unable to cook because the staff was not allowed to give kitchen kits to guests on the 3rd floor which is fine but the website doesn't let people know about that. Even if it was stated somehow I probably would not have read it because what kind of extended stay hotel with kitchens makes you bring your own pans and utensils!

I have to wait for 45 mins for my because they don’t have a worker so I have to use the Kios. But it’s broken so there is a guy trying for fix it for 45mins. I miss my work meeting and I can’t even use a bathroom

No people behind the desk

I arrived after 5pm--so no desk attendant. I checked in with the kiosk--which was initially fine. However, the keys to my room did not work three times with three different sets of keys. Other patrons were having the same trouble. The person behind the screen has to handle many locations, so she was constantly busy with different customers. She ended up contacting IT, and we eventually all got into our respective rooms. It was just really frustrating to not have a human on site to assist customers. And, it ended up taking an hour to check in.

Skeptical of the positive guest approval rating

Virtual check in was miserably slow with a borderline rude agent. She was silent for the better part of the approximately 20 min check-in. No explanation on why we continued to wait and wait in a hot entryway, unable to enter the building until she finished check-in. We were initially placed in a room directly over the front entrance where the dooo slammed constantly and shook the bed. There appeared to be many people in a situation where there were living there. It’s the most uneasy I’ve ever felt in a hotel, especially with no staff available on the premises. The only thing that saved our trip was a Hotels.com contacting the hotel (no idea how) and arranging a room change to a quieter floor. The room was clean, zero amenities. Common areas had messy floors.
