We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The lady at the reception was very friendly, gave lots of suggestions for activities as well as food in the area and transportation. Succeeded my expectations. Paul and Jessica at the front desk were great. I enjoyed the daily housekeeping which is rare in the US. You can set base here in Interlacken. I did not go to the Mexican restaurant but it was busy and looked fun. Great option for groups of young adults but be mindful of the noise if you’re a solo travel. Thank you again Hotel Blume.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance from train station and to shopping. Expedia stated there was a buffet breakfast for a fee but nothing was not offered. Lack of breakfast dining in area. Coop store had items but rooms had no refrigeration. They did have coffee in room and a microwave and hot pot you could use in storage room. But lack of a refrigerator was a bummer. I'm not a fan of open showers that drain on bathroom floor as it makes a mess but it worked and was clean.
