We've stayed at this apt complex before (with a different company) so we knew the drill. There is no front desk. Communication is via WhatsApp. You tell them your arrival and someone comes to take photo of your passports and take the payment from the booking confirmation (if not paid online). If via cc, tag on 3%. Provided 2 key cards for front door/elevator, door code and Wifi info. The apt itself is fine, 2bd/2ba, windows in the living room and 2nd bdrm that has city view, river further back. Master bdrm has balcony. Washer available (didn't use). Kitchen has the usual kitchen stuff but we didn't do any cooking. Grab is cheap/convenient, restaurant food is very reasonable and can be very cheap if you are adventurous. Shampoo, single-use toothbrush/toothpaste, body wash, hand wash, dish soap are provided. Two bath towels provided per room, no face nor hand towels. Only toilet paper provided, no paper towels nor tissue box. Only two bottles of welcome water. Several convenience stores are located on the ground level, including a 7/11. There is a pool (didn't use) open 9-5. The safe was not working and they were not able to fix it. We stayed a week and agreed housekeeping would come Tues/Fri, we weren't advised until Tues that they cannot come til Wed. Master bdrm shower drained very slowly and we had to use some very strong language before they came to check/fix, left a bad taste in our mouth. The customer service is certainly not as good as our previous stay at this complex.
