Check in was long. The desk agent assigned a room but wasn’t sure it had a couch so asked if I could check and return to the counter if a couch was not in the room. Sure enough the room did not have a couch so I was assigned a different room with a couch. This was fine until the next day when I tried to access my room and the key card wouldn’t unlock the door. Back to the registration desk where a different agent could not find my reservation and insisted I was at the wrong hotel and the room I was in was not occupied and had been cleaned! I suggested she contact the person who checked me in the previous afternoon. He was able to find my reservation and admitted he forgot to change my room number in their system.
The kitchenette was missing all the utensils (pots, pans, plates, bowls, cutlery, etc) which I had to ask for on several occasions from the front desk. There were other issues as well (very noisy guests in room above who had some animal that enjoyed running around the room all times of the night, dirt on the floor, hair noticeable in several places, etc ). I don’t think I will stay here again.
