Harrison at the beach was not responsive. Said they only had 2 rooms ready to rent. Would not confirm my reservation. Did not return calls. It was very difficult to get the refund because they did not respond to Hotels.com. Thank goodness Hotels.com finally gave me a refund for the two nights. Took 4 days, multiple calls and emails
