Definitely in the hood for sure! it looks nothing like the pictures shown its called the Village Inn actually..some windows have cardboards in it some air conditioners are torn out like you can see through the wall.. I would not recommend

The Expedia website has last check in at Midnight. However, I called hotel at 9:50pm and was told that Expedia time was wrong and hotel closes at 10pm. This was extremely inconvenient & left me scrambling to find a hotel last minute. Very, very frustrating!! Would NOT have booked had a 10pm time been listed.

I was supposed to be able to check in at 2:00 pm but there was no staff on sight. However there was a number to call so I did and the staff member said she would be there at 3:30. A bit of an inconvenience when I had a function to be at by five. When the staff member arrived they were pleasant and helpful.

Don’t stay here!! Got to the property to check in and the office door was locked, the note on the door said ring doorbell and someone will assist you but after ringing it several times nobody ever came, I called the hotel number no answer on the first time, the second time I called the lady was supposed to call the person running the office after sitting outside for almost an hour I tried calling that number back several times with no answer and I paid for the room in advance. Definitely don’t recommend staying here as I had to go without a room for the night and out of the money I paid until I can see about a refund. Just plain Horrible

The floor needed to be mopped. My barefeet ended up filthy. Everything elae was fine. If I understand correctly, the hotel is under new ownership. The sign in the parking lot has the name of the old hotel and no indication of the new hotel's name. Also the parking lot is dirt and gravel mostly. A little outdoor spiffing up would make a difference. I was there Christmas night. The manager was not at the inn when I arrived, but I knew that would happen. Also, as she had told me to do, i called, and she arrived within 5 minutes. Also, there was confusion between Hotels.com and the hotel. I booked with Hotels.com and later received calls from the manager telling me the room with Hotels.com was not available. We got things straightened out, the manager and I, but that could have been a bad situation. I was in a small town with possibly no other rooms at an inn available on Christas. I might have had to stay at a stable. LOL! The manager/owner was lovely and I am sure will get kinks worked out. Happy New Year!
