View from balcony is nice, breakfast is tasty with variety of choices. However, bed is too soft and toilet light broken, but with the help of Ann, a replacement lamp was fixed.

Simplesmente perfeito! Começando pela hospitalidade, os anfitriões Richard e Tânia são muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Hotel em estilo chalé alpino onde percebe-se um capricho em cada canto, além de extremamente limpo, organizado, acolhedor, silencioso e com uma vista sensacional para o lago Brienz de tirar o folego. Quarto confortável, espaçoso e aconchegante, com roupas de cama confortáveis e toalhas de banho macias e cheirosas. Há também um elevador, para acesso aos andares superiores. O café da manhã é variado e muito delicioso. A localização é muito boa, de rápido acesso à estação Interlaken Ost, de onde saem trens para diversos pontos de interesse. Estacionamento de fácil acesso e manobra. O hotel oferece um cartão de transporte local gratuito – trem e ônibus, distantes, respectivamente, 8 e 5 minutos a pé do hotel, o que é uma ótima vantagem. Nossos agradecimentos a Ann (recepção) e Nanda (café da manhã) que nos ajudou a desenrolar com a tecnologia do veículo alugado. Todos no hotel com quem conversamos foram muito atenciosos e estão de parabéns. Great place to stay

Great view of the lake and mountains. Clean rooms and friendly helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Great walk available next to lake that would not have known if not for the helpful staff.

This hotel is an oasis of peace and quiet in sharp contrast with Interlakken itself. Every evening was like taking a beautiful deep breath after a day in the popular tourist areas. Beautiful decor, impeccable cleanliness, and wonderful staff. So happy we chose to stay here for 4 night! Absolutely recommend!

Anne, our host, was very friendly and helpful to show us around and give suggestions. We loved everything, the quietness of the town. The breakfast was great. It would be a very good choice especially if you travel by car. The town is a bit away from interlaken and there aren’t many dining options in town. However, it still worked out for us by bus or train if you plan well with their schedules.

Gorgeous views of the lake, wonderful place!

We had a room with a balcony and view of the lake, which was absolutely stunning. The room itself was very nice, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding and delicious, with made to order eggs, and a large variety of items. Staff was so friendly and welcoming, and the location was ideal for us. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but the train was a 10 minute easy walk (or bus stop is about the same distance). Train stopped every hour, so we had our schedule to be there for the 8:20 into Interlaken Ost each day, one stop away. And then an easy transfer to anywhere we were heading for the day. This hotel also offers parking if you have a car (we had Swiss Travel Passes). There's a lovely covered area with tables/chairs in front of the hotel (across the road) that overlooks the lake as well. We didn't get to take advantage of this area as much as we'd liked to, as there's just too much to do! We hope to go back next year, this place was a highlight for us.

It’s a charming boutique hotel with a wonderful view of the lake. The property is located near the railway, so the mountain-view rooms can be a bit noisy during the day, but trains don’t run at night. The breakfast was excellent. Overall, I would recommend choosing a lake-view room for the best experience.

The Alpina Hotel was an absolute delight. Our stay couldn’t have been better—the rooms were spotless and well-kept, and the views from the windows were nothing short of iconic. Breakfast was a highlight each morning, easily the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. A special mention goes to Monica, whose warmth and attentiveness truly made our visit memorable. Right in front of the hotel, there’s a lovely spot to sit and enjoy a meal while taking in breathtaking views of the lake. They have these hand written reviews from the guests framed and hanged on the walls, I loved the idea. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel—10/10 experience!

Nossa estadia no Alpina foi maravilhosa. Ficamos apenas uma noite, mas foi tudo em ordem. O hotel fica de frente para um lago lindo, a recepcionista fala português e foi super agradável conosco. O café da manhã foi bom e o atendimento da funcionária do café também foi super amigável. Destaques: o quarto estava extremamente cheiroso, e apesar de pequeno era muito confortável. Fomos no verão e estava bem calor, mas no quarto havia um climatizador que ajudou muito. A decoração do hotel no geral também é muito bonita. Nota 10

The location of this hotel is amazing! The lake view from our balcony was beautiful. We enjoyed spending quiet time on the hotel terrace overlooking the lake. Absolutely tranquil. Breakfast was delicious. Our bed was comfy. The staff was super friendly. I highly recommend!!!

We enjoyed our stay here! The view from our room was amazing! The breakfast were delicious. The parking for a car is easy and we were glad to be able to use it to enjoy getting to and from town and making excursions throughout the day.
