舒適的環境，美好的回憶

第一次帶年邁的父母前往布拉格旅遊，艾格尼絲公寓飯店不論是地點（位於舊城區，不論是走到換匯所、波丹妮總店、天文鐘都非常方便，約莫5-10分鐘），服務（車站、機場及景點接送，飯店門口的熱紅酒與熱情的服務人員）以及早餐（豐盛好吃）都非常好。無線網路也非常快速。在訂房的時候，因為個人的疏失只訂了一間房，發現的時候已經要出國了，馬上寫信給艾格尼絲公寓飯店告知此事，馬上就收到回信，告訴我不用擔心，到了旅館之後，他們已經幫我多留了一間房間，價格也合宜，這點讓我非常感激，房間也很大，暖氣很舒適，父母對於此間旅館讚不絕口，非常推薦此間旅館，能夠入住真的非常幸運。

I can't tell enough how polite and intemate all people at the Agnes. Helpfull and kind. We asked for an early check-in (more than 3 hours)... they all helped us and let us in early in the morning. They are all very friendly and guide you what you need in a prety oldest town of europe. Hotel is in a perfect place in town. You can walk everywhere you want and have fun with the best local places... Do not hesitate to choose this place...

WOW—the service at this beautiful and well-maintained hotel is outstanding. From Frank, the owner, to the amazing team (like Victoria and Stefan), you feel incredibly welcome. This is a beautiful hotel in the perfect location, with unbeatable service from the kindest people who are genuinely obsessed with ensuring the stay is exactly perfect for whatever you want. Nice big room with a good shower. The location was perfect for our trip. Excellent breakfast and nice wine before dinner. We felt safe and walked everywhere. The check in was very good. The staff took care to make sure we had all our questions answered and organized concerts for us and dinners every night. Would love to stay here again.

This was the best hotel experience! The staff were all wonderful, including our drivers from the train station and airport, the hostess who checked us in and helped us plan activities in the city, and everyone who made breakfast each morning. They made visiting Prague easy!

Wonderful stay!

We were greeted at the door by the owner of Hotel Agnus. He offered us a glass of wine or beer and we felt like we were coming home. Then a lovely hostess Denise came over and asked if we needed anything while we were in Prague. Denise helped us plan a few events and dinners that all went so well. We couldn't have been happier staying at the Hotel Agnus. Special note, great breakfast.
