Mein zweiter Aufenthalt im Ropewalks. Super hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal, schöne Zimmer mit den Einschränkungen, die ich das letzte Mal schon erwähnt hatte. Dieses Mal war die Matratze nicht so gut. Trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen, tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Absolutely fantastic

Ropewalks is so so friendly, the staff are absolute stars and always available if you need anything! The room was amazing, bigger than we expected and had everything we needed for the entire week.. housekeeping came in daily and it was lovely to come back too…. We unfortunately didn’t go for breakfast due to my husband getting a tooth abscess but he still didn’t want to leave lol All i can honestly say is that we will definitely stay at ropewalks again, we even loved that if we had the doors open we could listen to the music from outside! There was even a fan provided in the room! Thank you to everyone at ropewalks especially the girl that never seemed to go home bless her! We had an amazing week and we will be back!!

Great location, staff were very friendly & helpful. Rooms were too hot. The bars & clubs around the hotel are very noisy until the early hours of the morning so use some ear plugs or headphones!

Never again!

Terrible, it’s rated 4 star but I wouldn’t even give it a 2! No phones in the room, so you need to contact them from your mobile via telephone number in online!! Reception claims they are 24 hours but they never answer the phones. Rooms are very basic, no iron in the room have to go downstairs to ask them for it since they don’t answer the phone. Very noisy and the worst part is there’s no air con so prepare to fry! Very stuffy!! Devastating experience.

Great hotel in the heart of Liverpool

Wonderful modern hotel in the heart of Liverpool. Awesome staff, big room with nice design. I lived my stay there and would return anytime. Anyway two topics for improvement: The mirror in the bathroom needs a light, I could not shave myself properly and the desk needs a lamp as well. I was unhappy that the window could not be fully opened due safety regulations. As the week was very hot outside the room could not be vented with fresh air. But the hotel provided an electric vent. Thank you for that.

Great location but hotel rooms stuffy and smelly

I was offered a basement room which didn’t have any windows. There was no air conditioning and the room was stiflingly hot and smelly. To the credit of the staff they changed my room without hesitation. The second room was better but there was limited air circulation due to limiters on the windows. The room was clean but smelled stale. It was also very hot and the fan provided, whilst welcome, was inadequate. The hotel is well located for town centre activities but is very noisy. I wouldn’t stay there again

Clean, big room.

I only stayed one night & literally slept in the hotel so can’t really comment on the hotel itself just the room. I was in room 1 on lower ground floor. The room was big, nice comfy bed, nice clean bathroom, huge tv on the wall. Only gripe was no window. It was ok for 1 night but I wouldn’t like to stay in a room with no window for more than 1 night. It’s in the heart of the nightlife for young people so if this is not your cup of tea I’d probably stay in a different part of the city.

I booked a deluxe double room with a bath but when I got to my room there was no bath when I went to reception they told me there was no room with a bath available because they’d all been booked there offered nothing to compensate me for this and the bed was not in the bed off condition the mattress was flat and springy
