They have one elevator that doesn’t work, we stayed 4 nights on the fourth floor and had to walk up the entire trip. They didn’t have any ice machines that worked, we had to walk down to get a little ice from the bar. They don’t have do not disturb cards for any of the rooms. We paid extra for a balcony and it overlooked the police station. We couldn’t take our car out of the $45 a night parking because the police blocked off the street for days. They have no intention of repairing their elevator, worst hotel ever.

This hotel is tired and needs a good clean. The laminate floor in our room was dirty. Staff at reception desk in the morning shift were unhelpful with even basic requests like milk, even though there was a coffee maker in the room.

What a great location ! Easy walk to everything… beach, restaurants, shopping, nightlife. Room very clean and modern. Was surprised housekeeping came every day. However did not leave refills of shampoo conditioner and body wash. So that didn’t make sense to me. Pool area was gorgeous. So many places to sit in the courtyard. Really really nice and inviting. There wasn’t an ice machine any place on property which again didn’t make sense. People at check in were great. Very quick. Loved the fact that you could get towels to take to beach. Really convenient. Parking could be a problem. First day had to park in parking garage that charge very 5 hours so spent $80 which was terrible. Went to the other parking garage that hotel suggested. Got lucky because the close often when they get full. Have to save a certain number of spaces for court people so they open and close at any and all different times. But they are only $20 for 24 hours which is totally reasonable . Very safe to park there as well because it is manned 24/7 Would definitely stay at this location again.

This hotel showed no concern for guest safety or comfort. I am pregnant and was promised a first-floor room because the elevators were broken. That promise was never honored. Our room had a bad odor and an ant infestation, and the front desk refused to move us. There was no phone in the room to call for help, and the provided number didn’t work properly. Bedding caused back pain, adding to the discomfort. The experience was stressful, uncomfortable, and poorly handled. Do not stay here—especially if you are pregnant or expect basic hospitality.

Front desk person upon arrival was in a grumpy mood. My wife and I haven't had a vacation in ages and we were upbeat until that. I asked how it's going to be friendly, he responded, "well it's going" in a sarcastic voice. I asked "going good or bad?" He replied, "good question" then ignored my attempt to connect in a friendly way. Not a big deal, just rude. I asked for a spare blanket since we have a baby and he made it seem like a big request but ultimately sent one up. I tipped of course. The lobby and especially the hallways had an incredibly strong cleaning odor. So much so my wife and I joked we had to hold our breath as we walked all the way to our room. Elevators were broke. They didn't clean our room the next day. We finally got home from the beach and were looking forward to fresh towels at least. I had to go find a maid in the hallway and she asked if I wanted a cleaning. I said I did, but it's 5pm and we have to put our baby to sleep. They laughed and handed me towels. I asked the barista for a cafecito, a staple Miami Cuban espresso and despite speaking fluent Spanish she acted like she never heard of it. Tiny thing, but we are on vacation and why have a cafe in your lobby and not serve the most basic espresso drink. Bed was comfy and water pressure nice. Outdoor area was nice as well. The bell hops were friendly and gave us a good recommendation to eat.

Lovely big room with comfortable big bed. Lots of outside seating. Pool area was small but nice and we always got a daybed because it wasn't busy. Great location for all the restaurants and bars in South Beach. Very short walk to the beach itself. Only downside for me was the rooms use a punchpad code system through multiple doors so it took ages to get from outside to the room. It did feel safe however.

Hotel sem estacionamento, elevador quebrado no rooftop os sofás estavam velhos e rasgados. Café da manhã regular. Elevador estava quebrado e tivemos que subir 4 andar de escadas com malas pesadas. O ponto positivo é a localização.
