非常推薦！酒店方面可以幫忙預定各種tour還有機場shuttle bus 而且價格也很優惠，出發前跟他們確認就可以了。房間很大住的很舒適，還有酒店位置基本不需要爬斜坡。早餐很豐富也很好吃😋住了三天很幸運三天都看到了熱氣球❤️酒店裡的每個人都非常友善也見到了傳說中會講一點中文的小哥他本人很有趣很愛開玩笑😆謝謝他們讓我們有一個非常好也非常難忘的住宿體驗。

酒店服务超级好，设施很新，有地暖，有按摩浴缸，还有无限量瓶装水供应。每次进出，前台都会出来聊几句。店里有个工作人员同时也是中文向导。早餐非常丰盛，负责早餐的服务生们很可爱。

超级棒的体验

老板人非常好，会说流利的英文，还会说一点中文。帮我们预定了热气球和吉普车都非常好，推荐的餐厅也非常实惠又好吃。遗憾的是呆的时间太短了，希望下次还有机会来。

Konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Temizlik, iletişim, kahvaltı, konum her şey çok iyiydi. Göreme gibi bir yerde bile park sıkıntısı yaşamadık otelin önündeki alan sayesinde. Odamızın önündeki terastan gündoğumunda balonları izlemek çok keyifliydi. Kahvaltıda her sabah farklı ve bir sürü çeşit ürün olmasından da çok memnun kaldık. Yine gelsek yine burada kalacağımız konusunda ailecek hepimiz hemfikiriz. Çok teşekkür ederiz her şey için.

이국적인 특별한 경험이였습니다. 동굴호텔 깨긋하고 따듯하게 머무를 수 있었고 매일 아침 터키식 아침식사는 매우 맛있고 엄청 풍족하게 챙겨주세요. 스탭들 또한 매우 친절하고 자상해요. 매일 아침만난 Mirac 아침식사 잘 챙겨주고 친절히 응대해주었습니다.

I was upgraded upon my arrival and my room was heavenly. The room was so comfortable and exactly what I wanted. I took the most heavenly bath after a long long hike and felt so relaxed. The location was perfect as everything was very walkable. The service was great and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Also...that breakfast spread!! So tasty and a good mix of traditional Turkish foods and simple items like fruit. It was perfect.

We really enjoyed this hotel, we had a great time, the staff is super friendly and the breakfast is PHENOMENAL, super super delicious with tons of options. The hotel is conveniently located close to all the major attractions in Goreme.

I can confidently say this is one of the best hotels in Cappadocia. If you’re wondering which hotel to choose, I highly recommend this one. The room was spotless and perfectly clean, which I believe will also satisfy cleanliness-conscious Japanese travelers like myself. We stayed in Room 500, which was very spacious and came with a lovely balcony, a large bathtub, and a comfortable bed—we couldn’t have been happier. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the town center with hardly any slopes, making it easy to get around. Above all, the staff provided outstanding service. When we struggled with paying cash for our tour, they kindly and patiently helped us. The hot air balloon and horseback riding tours we booked through the hotel were truly unforgettable! I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Cappadocia. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

The views of the balloons from Our balcony were amazing. Breakfast was excellent, it was more like brunch. We did not need to eat till that evening. A suggestion to the restaurant is to have dinner available to guests. The locations of the hotel is tucked away from the noise of the city center.8

카파도키아의 보석같은 숙소 입니다. 카파도키아의 호텔들이 전체적으로 평가가 높아서 선택에 어려움이 많았는데 - 신혼 여행으로 선택했던 이 곳은 시설, 뷰, 서비스, 조식, 가성비 모든 부분에서 터키를 통틀어 최고로 기억이 됩니다 :-) 직원들이 추천해주는 여행 루트나 패키지들은 한국에서 미리 예약하고 온 곳들과는 ( 클룩 ) 비교가 안될 정도로 훌륭 했고, ( 열기구, 패키지 맛집 ) 호텔 코너를 지나며 느껴지는 직원들의 세심한 배려는 여태껏 묶었던 호텔들중 손에 꼽을 정도로 최고 였습니다. 특히 맛집이 많은 터키에서 무료로 포함된 조식은 - 안탈리아 이스탄불 패티예 호텔 모두 포함 1등, 최고로 맛있었고, 찬절 + 세심하셨어요 :-) 짧은 스테였지만 인생 최고로 행복했던 순간이었습니다. 꼭 다시 가고 싶은 카파도키아 - 외항사 승무원으로 20년 가까이 비행하며 수많은 나라와 호텔들을 방문 했지만 카파도키아의 이 호텔은 저에게 최고로 기업됩니다. 꼭 다시 방문할거에요, 호텔에 대한 애정과 자부심이 넘쳤던 직원 분들 - 진심으로 감사 드립니다. 인생 최고의 추억을 만들어 주셨어요 :-) - 행복 했던 순간들 사진을 못 담았네요 하지만 사진으로 보이는것보다 훨씬 + 배로 좋아요!

Perfect hotel in Capadocia

Amazing hotel! Location is perfect, breakfast very nice and assorted and super friendly staff. Front desk guy named Mirage was top helpful and kind with us, helping us arrange ballon ride and tours, super nice! Will stay here again when I visit Capadocia next year, fully recommend this hotel!

Everything was above and beyond! Staff were excellent, helpful and so nice! Our cool cave room was spacious and clean, and always had cold water in the fridge! The breakfast was excellent and an experience in itself! Wonderful! I would highly recommend Caverna Premium Cave Hotel!!

Spacious room. Breakfast freshly made and served every morning. Outdoor sitting area outside the room. Roof terrace allowing to watch hot air balloons in morning. Only minor thing was bathroom shower door not able to close properly and also stone smell took a bit of time to get used to
