Pleasantly surprised!

Sadly, Wheatland appears to be a dying or at least struggling town, so didn’t expect much. But the Days Inn was a pleasant surprise! Rooms were new, clean and comfortable, and very quiet!

Rooms were filthy. We looked at multiple rooms, even the remodeled rooms and the blankets had brown smears and spots. Refused a refund even though we couldn’t stay there because of how dirty it was.

I would have given 5 stars, except the room had not been stocked with clean towels, soap or shampoo. Had to go back to the desk for those items. Also, there was no ice, just melted water! Although it was very nice to come to a motel that was not run by a foreigner!! The room was clean and spacious, the bed was great!

Property is older, it’s not a 5 star, but clean and reasonably priced. We could hear every noise from the rooms above us. Dropping things, children running around and jumping. Staff was friendly, convenient location and felt safe.

Hôtel en cours de rénovation… Chambre pas finie d’être rénovée (pas d’ampoule aux lampes, pas de crochets aux porte-manteau, carrelage de la salle de bain manquant), les couloirs et espaces communs avec des cartons vieux meubles. Quasiment aucun client. Une fois renoncée la chambre sera de bonne qualité. Petit déjeuner moyen. Hôtel situé dans une petite ville sans aucun intérêt, peu de commerce, 2 fast food… Uniquement ville étape.

Staff was great. Had an issue with finding our reservation through Expedia, even with our confirmation number in hand, we still had to contact Expedia to resolve the issue. This issue took more of our valuable time and caused us to be delayed to our next destination. Not the Hotel's fault, they were great, the problem was on Expedia's end.
