This is an older building. The room seemed old and outdated. Lot of scuff marks on walls and door. There was a ugly hole where a plug in use to be. Also the fan on the ceiling in the bathroom was gone and was a big hole. The bed was comfortable but old bedding. Will not return to this hotel.

This Hotel Was a Nightmare: Stolen Time, Discrimination, & Lies! This hotel was an appalling experience. I was stolen from, lied to, and discriminated against, all while the room failed to meet advertised standards. My check-in was a disaster. Despite a 4 PM check-in, the front desk was consistently unstaffed from noon to 6:30 PM. I, along with my three dogs (one ADA service dog, two ESAs), was forced to wait in a hot car for hours. The next morning, after booking a second night, the owner demanded I check out at 11 AM and re-check in at 4 PM—an unheard-of policy. He then discriminated against my service dog, demanding printed paperwork he's legally not allowed to ask for. Compounding this, upon my 4 PM re-check-in, I found my room hadn't even been cleaned, despite the owner's insistence that was the reason for my forced five-hour exodus. Later, despite an employee securing a 3 PM late checkout, the owner aggressively evicted me at 12:30 PM, denying the agreement. This amounted to theft of paid time on both days. The room itself was misrepresented: no microwave as advertised, and a missing peephole leaving a hole straight through the door. While the staff (excluding the owner) was kind, the owner's actions were unprofessional and discriminatory. I paid for two nights and lost several hours of paid time due to their incompetence and deceit. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, ever!

Upon check-in, the room was not cleaned: the toilet, floor, and sink were dirty. The towels and bed linen were dirty, with stains of unknown origin. When we requested clean towels, we were given the same dirty ones. The bedding was also stained and appeared unwashed. The replacement linen provided was cleaner but had holes in it. The pillows smelled of tobacco smoke, making them unusable. The bathroom tap fell off every time we tried to use it. On the first evening, the bedding was removed from our bed, and the blanket and pillows were left on the floor. We had to find the hotel manager to request fresh linen. When we addressed the discrepancies between the hotel conditions and the website listing with the front desk, we were informed that we needed to speak with the owner, but the front desk had no contact information for the owner.
