The whole stay was extremely disappointing.
Issues included:
- Very poor standards of cleanliness in the room (the worst I have seen in a long time in a hotel)
- An infestation of silverfish, which led to us needing to move rooms
- A flooding shower (the damp from which presumably caused the silverfish problem)
- Audible noise in the room from the bar immediately below.
- Room not being serviced despite repeated requests
- Poor breakfast selection - on one day there were literally no breakfast items left when we came for breakfast 45 minutes before the specified end time.
The manager, Nikita, did attempt to address some of these issues but matters such as cleaning issues were not followed up or addressed adequately. Hotels.com have raised these complaints twice via email with Ruby Hanna but there has been a failure by the hotel to respond in any way, which is indicative of the generally poor service and lack of focus on customer experience. Definitely not recommended.
