Santiago was very responsive and arranged several tours for us (white water rafting; suspended bridges; zip lining). Tours picked up right at our villa but we still appreciated having a rental car.

We stayed in Villa Jade at Villas Jawara and it was incredible! The property has the best view of the Arenal volcano, is beautifully furnished and decorated, and the service from Santiago was exceptional. Would highly, highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back.

The view is out of this world! Amazing view of the volcano and it was the most peaceful and serene surroundings. There's nothing like sitting in a hot tub looking at a volcano. We loved the access to all the amenities of the Los Lagos resort too! We were so sad to leave, it did not disappoint. There wasn't anything we disliked, only wish we had booked 2 bedrooms because we are a family of 4.

Beautiful, quiet place with plenty of room. A view of Arenal Volcano from the hot springs fed hot tub on the patio. A lot of nice amenities down the hill at Los Lagos Resort and Spa. A short drive to downtown La Fortuna and lots of good restaurants and cafes. Would definitely recommend!
