Cleaning. They came to the room but didn’t clean just made the bed. Even when not asked. Internet wasn’t included until pushed and explained there was a limit and we might be responsible for Insufficient plates/ silverware compared to the number of pots Hectic check in communication to and from host mot clear until their was a problem

Overnattede på dette hotel i december 2025. Umiddelbart ser stedet nyt ud. Booked en Delux suite, men fik alt andet end en Delux suite. Stedet levede slet ikke op til de billeder der bliver brugt til at sælge stedet. Indtjekning var meget besværlig og langsom. Værelset man fik tilbudt var meget lille og nedslit. Ulækkert badeværelse med blod og afføring på vægene. Skidt og meget snavs i ristene i bad. Møgbeskidt køkkenredskaber og ramponerede husholdnings maskiner. Sengen er et kapitel for sig selv. Umiddelbart ser den fin ud men under madressen er der lavet optimistisk anordning af pinde der er knækket så man kan næsten ikke bruge den. Samt møgbeskidt af støv og plastik. Kan virkelig se de der gør rentr er lud dovne. Vil virkelig ikke anbefale stedet til nogle. Find noget andet.

Great location, good amenities. I would stay here again maybe in a different room with a comfier bed, aside from that the room was a good size for a studio, again not all studios are the same size, the first one allocated was smaller.

Great location easy to get to Marina Mall, Labadi etc Beach. I moved from one room because the mattress was too soft, then I moved to another one bedroom which is slightly bigger but the mattress was too firm, nonetheless stayed here in this room. Overall the rooms was nice. It was a kitted out, very clean. The staff were very helpful,very attentive. It was a quiet building, couldn’t hear much noise from others. I would stay at this place again.

This property’s apartment on the eighth floor, that I stayed in was horribly filthy! Couch was dirty and stained. The bedrooms mattresses felt worse than a prison bed! I was harassed for one hundred and fifty cedis by the agent for a towel that felt like sandpaper but chewed gum was stuck to the closet and wasn’t cleaned until two days before the end of our stay, despite the numerous complaints to the agent, yuck! There were ants everywhere in both bathrooms, coming out of the drains and all! No outlets in the second bedroom. My facial recognition to gain access into the property stopped working after three days after checking in. When brought to the reception’s attention, instead of asking what apartment was I staying in to check the system, her response was have you extended your stay. Check out day was disappointing! The agent was not available to help with luggage as he did when we checked in. When I called to inquire about help, he responded by saying he was working and sarcastically asked me if I wanted him to stop working to come help. Poor customer service and professionalism! This hotel is overhyped and I personally will never stay here again! Total scam! Oh, the pool is beautiful!

I booked and paid for a 1 bedroom executive room which includes a separate living room area . After waiting a while to be serviced i was then given a suite which did not have a separate living room . I was then told what i booked for is not available and they couldnt ensure a refund . So i was then moved to another apartment which was 20 minutes away . There was no care or compassion , and it seems to be a norm . I nade a second booking and same incident arised

Horrendous and unprofessional communication.

I need my money back. I booked Lennox but they checked me into embassy gardens. AC was not working. Room was dirty. Bed had finger prints all over. As if someone cleaned his hands on headboard. Iron board was broken. I called agent but nothing was done. Although I paid for 3nights, I had to check out the next day.

I booked to stay in the Lennox Abode before my flight home from Accra airport and when we arrived we were told that there was no room for us. I don’t know if this is the fault of the hotel or the agent but it was not satisfactory. We had to get a taxi to Embassy Gardens hotel and stay there instead.It was a lovely place and we had a nice time when we arrived but it was not okay having to get an Uber late at night in an area we are not familiar with.
