A nice and cosy hotel highly recommended

This hotel is unexpectedly good. it’s close to the Istanbul airport and a cosy hotel, you get everything you need there. Good shower, WiFi, tidy and clean bed, complimentary coffee and water. Customer service is good and staff are friendly. Highly recommended

So we are on December and you can’t control the thermostat. To make it worse there was only a paper thin sheet for blanket. The horror continues in the shower: hot water alternating with cold water!!! We had to call the receptionist for soap and etc. Will not repeat

Communicated with staff throughout as our checkin time was close to midnight and our checkout time would be around 4am. Staff was very responsive. AC in room not strong so it took time to cool down the room. Be aware that to get to the lobby of the hotel, you will need to climb stairs(maybe 12 steps). Hotel does have an elevator to get to the various floors, however. For our brief 4 hour stay, it worked out.

From the moment we walked in, it was a disaster! There were 2 young men working the front desk who did not speak English at all. It took us a half hour to check in do to not being able to communicate. I booked a 'deluxe triple room' which they did not give me, instead it was a very small room with a double bed. Upon entering the room, there were no blankets nor a top sheet on the bed and no towels in the bathroom. I went to use the elevator to go down to the front desk to notify them of this and once the elevator door closed, it went pitch black inside and there was no emergency light that came on. I was so scared I was calling for my husband but the elevator finally started to move and the lights came back on. I asked the one young to get me the blankets/comforter and towels. I dind't notice until after he left but he gave me a comforter from a single bed instead of a double bed. We did not have enough to cover us. There was a massive, thick cob web above the armoire. The bathroom had not been cleaned! The toilet bowl had feces marks in it! The shower had a bar of used soap on the floor, which means it also was not cleaned! The workman ship of the establishment is poor. I could not complain to front desk due to the language barrier, it was late and we needed to be up super early to get to the airport. We were stuck! For the life of me, I don't understand how this hotel has any good ratings. Something seems off about this. The location is also sketchy.

I arrived at 1 am, and was greeted by a friendly and efficient receptionist. Great views from my balcony. Super clean and everything worked well. I got 1 pm checkout on request. There are good restautants nearby. Taxi was around 10 euros from the airport. The metro does not operate after midnight. Metro is 2.2 km away, it is possible to walk. The price is less than 1 usd to Gayreteppe, the last station.
