10/10 Exceptional

Staff is super friendly. Hotel is being remodeled but very clean and you can't even tell. The rooms are comfortable, clean and very homey vs the very hotel set up at most places. Will definitely stay here on my next visit to the area.
Jessica, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

Even though the building is old and isn’t as visually appealing as others around, the room was comfortable, warm, hot water, coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator, and there was a drive through coffee shop out front.

Enjoy it

The hotel is conveniently located and offers easy access to all areas. The room and bathroom are clean and tidy, the heating is adequate and easy to use, and the online service provided by Ms. Michelle was excellent and always helpful, clear and prompt.
2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Clean, comfortable, and simple. The place has a Kenai charm about it. Feels more like a guesthouse than a cookie-cutter-chain hotel room.
Shain, 1-night trip

Gizella, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Decent property clean rooms. There is no manager onsite. Not a lot to do or see in Kenai but ok for an overnight stop.
John, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The room has pretty basic stuff. Overall, it is neat and clean. Comfy bed, secured place. Bathroom was so basic, commode was very adjacent to the wall by the bathroom door that you will have hard time to sit on it. There was no air conditioning system or heating system!!! Overall, okay for a single night or last minute check in!
MD SAKIBUR, 1-night trip

SUE, 1-night trip

Too hot. No AC I can understand but a fan would’ve been nice.
Dana, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Beautiful walk nearby through the pld town and down to the beach.
Andrew, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

$200 for what felt like a 1970’s property seemed REALLY expensive. A Hotel without a front desk, restaurant or staff. Unit was clean, nice size. Windows seemed broken but I was able to figure out how to open them. 6am garbage truck was a bummer.
Domonic, 1-night trip

Great quiet place with ample room to work.
