Everything is good except for hot water for shower

The room was spacious and conveniently located. I particularly enjoyed the mini speaker which I may play my favorite music with my phone/ipad. The view is great. There is a small pool with warm water outside but we did not use it as it was still cold. The room service was nice and they even help clean up the dishes after we cooked breakfast. Although the hotel staff were not proficient at English, they were helpful. The reception is hard to find (and it is not in the brand of chroma suites) and we had to call it so they could pick us up. The hotel also helped take our luggage to the bus terminal. The only minus point was the hot water supply for shower - after a person take a shower, the other person may need to wait for some time or otherwise the water would turn cold.

Ho dormito in questa struttura 1 sola notte in quanto ero in transito . Un plauso al personale disponibile . Per quanto riguarda la camera , non adeguata allo standard descritto . Eravamo 3 adulti ed il 3’ letto era un mini divano , puzza di umidità tremenda e colazione ridicola e di discutibile qualità servita in servita in scatole di cartone . Abbiamo chiesto un late check out oppure un bagno per una doccia nel pomeriggio , ma ci è stato negato . Pro solo la posizione

More beautiful than the pictures! The iconic picture spots are minutes away. Host was super helpful. They met out transfers and carried our bags to our rooms. Everything was perfect with so many thoughtful added touches. We felt pampered and relaxed. Many places to dine and shop. It was wonderful to get up early and have the streets to ourselves. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for an amazing experience to be remembered for years to come.

The highlights were the location is right near the famous blue dome, near shopping and restaurants, overlooking the beautiful Caldera. The staff was Very nice, helpful, and arranged breakfast, transportation, and went out of their way to help us with whatever we needed. The downside was the bed was hard and the hot tub wasn’t hot so we didn’t use but honestly the manager was so good to us we were thankful for a nice experience.

Chroma suites is in the heart of Oia - amazing location but that means around sunset it gets quite busy right next to the suite. But that is to be expected in the heart of Oia. The room was clean and spacious and walkable to everything. Would recommend!

Santorin ist wunderschön, die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Alles Fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Stadt ist voller Touristen, die einem Selfi schiessend das Weiterkommen erschweren, Geduld ist gefragt. Aber mit den Liegen vor der Suit und dem Super Whirpool vergisst man die Hektik. Sind Mittags essen gegangen und Haben uns mit Drinks eingedeckt, hervorragend!! Der Blick ist atemberaubend! Tolle Erfahrung.

Convenient location near the main strip. Expect constant stream of tourists and traffic outside your door - this is Santorini. Property was clean and thankfully air conditioned as it was extremely warm during our stay. With some minor maintenance issues resolved I would’ve rated 5 stars. (broken chair, PowerPoint detaching from the wall, lights, tv remote not working)

Beautiful view, walkable to everything in Oia. We enjoyed the private jacuzzi and everything was clean, great temperature and amenities inside. They also coordinated all transportation for us and a porter to carry our bags. Highly recommend!

Beautiful room with lovely views of Oia.Lot of blue domes around you can look from the balcony along with breathtaking views of sea. Lot of steps to get down to room but they help with bringing luggage to and from the room. Very walkable , The host gives good recs for restaurants around. Overall amazing place to stay as a couple as room is somewhat smaller as expected as it’s in the heart of Oia .I went with my daughter.
