A Bit of Small Town Spain at the Airport!

Very nice “business” type hotel in Barajas right next to the Madrid airport. So close that it is possible to walk across the highways on a footbridge to/from the airport. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and the town has some charm and nice restaurants. We returned a rental car to the airport, walked to the hotel and enjoyed a relaxing evening in Barajas before our international flight. Curiously, we didn’t hear airplane noises the entire night!

The stay was excellent. We had a quadruple room for 4 adults and 1 child (baby crib) and it was super comfortable. Everything was clean and organized, with all the amenities.
