房間挺大, 裝潢很新, 暖氣足夠, 很滿意! 不過沒有樽裝水或水壺提供, 而且好像看不到共用廚房在那?(是有的吧!?指示不太足夠) 整體來說很滿意, 下次會再考慮入住

To check in, you need to ask the staff at the coffee shop downstairs. You can see the Namsan Tower, but you have to climb uphill and there is no elevator in the building, but the staff will help carry your luggage.

Cave was clean, responsive, affordable, and extremely central. We had a private room with a private restroom. Check in was very easy - we didn't have wifi upon check in, and it was smooth.The location is ideal as a hub to go to different Gu's in Seoul. We had consistent hot water, a fridge in the room, and air conditioning. They even have a rooftop lounge area that allowed us to bask in the moonlight and city lights--all for an extremely affordable price. We will be checking with Cave for availability the next time we go to Seoul for sure.

Do not recommended. Never saw anyone at the reception, actually there is no reception, no human being. The room smell humidity the whole day, zven with the window and air conditioning on. Hotel name is cave and it does smell like a cave. First time I am writing a review, needed to do so to prevent other guest. I book that hotel for my parents who are elderly, I wish I didn’t. If I could I would've change hotel but there were all full in this season. Pass, there is much better hotel around.

地下鉄を利用するには明洞駅が近く、移動がしやすかった。明洞通りも近く、ショッピングした荷物も置きに帰れて良かった。少し、壁が薄く隣の部屋や、廊下の騒音が気になった。

I stayed for about 5 days and 6 nights. I noticed that the staff were very accommodating and helpful with all the questions and concerns I had. The room was also clean and comfortable. Close to Myeongdong and a great place to stay for a solo trip.

Seoul stay

Stayed here for 4 nights. I’ll start by saying It’s in a good location if you want to be in myeongdong. The hotel itself is on a bit of hill so bare that in mind if you have large bags/suitcases. The hotel is self check in so was easy enough to do. The rooms are small and not the cleanest with dirty/moldy wires hanging out of the AC unit. Plus the bathroom too. The shower is attached to a wall next to the toilet. Which is anything it’s quite a smelly place as the smell comes up through drainage hole. We stayed on the first floor and whenever someone comes through the main entrance door it slams so hard, the door to our room kept slamming. All In all I’d say is for what we paid for 4 nights Seoul it’s hard to make to many complaints with it being a budget friendly place. It’s just a few small issues that me be enough to put others off. So perfect location. Rooms could do with a bit of work.

Good budget central Seoul solo stopover

Reasonably-sized but quite dark room that felt a touch claustrophobic, but that’s the only negative. Bathroom is a wet room which works really well. Bed was super comfy. Location was 5 mins’ walk from Myeongdong Subway Stn on the Subway but uphill - fine for me but some folk may struggle with lots of luggage. First time in Seoul, so I wanted to stay central. This was a good choice as it was near to Myeongdong Street, but away from the crowds and quiet at night. Pleasant rooftop terrace with N Seoul Tower in view. Shared kitchen was small but had kettle and free drinking water available. Self check-in via an email and letter. I liked the fact that rooms are PIN entry so you don’t have a keycard to lose! Cave is a BUDGET accommodation and I was prepared for that and happy with it. Some people may think otherwise and expect more for their money.

坂の上にあり、かつ階段しかなく、重いスーツケースを運ぶには不便。シャワールームが独立しておらず、トイレ洗面所が水浸しになる。スリッパもない。部屋が狭い。チェックアウト後の荷物預かりは共用部に放置で、盗まれないか心配。

Great location for Myeongdong, handy for subway and the city. Room was clean but small for two people and suitcases. Staff were nice, toilet was fixed quickly when it broke.
