The location was excellent, the check in was seamless and the property manager was mostly responsive the property is tired and worn out, it could use some paint and attention to maintenance. The bathtub drain is clogged and we had to shower in a pool of our own filthy water. The manager acknowledged our concern but nothing was done. Minor details really impacted our stay, the property could use a refresh.

This property is all about the location! 1 block to Scotia arena, 2 blocks to Roger’s Center, CN tower and aquarium. Union station a block away, so quick access to all transportation options. To fit four, they had 1 bed and 2 kinda sofas that folded flat. These were not very comfortable compared to the bed. Just an FYI on those. Not enough towels provided - only 2 for 4 people. We travel with microfibre towels so we were fine. We have no issue cleaning, but they did not provide much in terms of cleaning supplies. We had a canceled flight and delays and they accommodated a late check in (we had paid for early check in). Yeah air Canada Lol! But location just cannot be beat. Would stay here again

Room floor was dirty and the room was noisy. Also the window blinds did not cover fully so you get woken up when the sun comes up, but the most annoying thing was the AC was not working and in-spite of notifying nothing was done for 2 day. So we had to stay in a warm apartment in hot summer.
