They refuse to change my room, gave me a room facing the highway with a lot of traffic. Noise cannot sleep. They overcharged me for a resort fee that was not on your website and you charge me the wrong amount for the room all terrible.

Very nice location with so many options around. Friendly staff to answer and support customers as needed . Having chairs umbrellas available at the beach is a plust. Missing facilities for laundry within the hotel. ( available about 0.6 miles)

I could only see the road and I was supposed to have a canal view!! They wanted us to pay a $250 deposit that we didn’t know anything about until we got there and we didn’t have any wash clothes to take a bath. The toilet didn’t flush. The furniture is almost in the floor. My overall experience was terrible.

Excellent location

Very well situated near the Hallandale Beach, restaurants and shopping. Service was courteous and pool was awesome. On the downside, the room was humid (you could smell it), not really well isolated for noise (we could hear really well our neighbours), and elevators are crazy slow. Nice place if location is your first criteria, but no luxury in the rooms

First time ever staying in a beach resort, but the front desk receptionist Cartalina made it an AMAZING experience! Very friendly, welcoming, all around enjoys her job. DEF will be staying again in the future!
