Love love this hotel. It was very clean and staff are super friendly. I’m definitely staying here again and will recommend everyone to check this place out. We took advantage of the bus right in front of the hotel. You can cross the street and be at the most peaceful part of Lake Luzern. I enjoyed my walk and dipping my feet in the lake. I can’t wait to go back! Oh and the breakfast was heavenly.

Walkable but convenient to the bus stop and the hotel provides a bus pass! Great Mountain View’s along with lovely landscaping. Breakfast buffet nice but not varied so by day 4 we were bored of choices. Had to have a fan brought to room as AC was inadequate except in the hallway which was really cold. Would definitely stay here again though!!!

Our first room had a very wet floor and only room for one of the children so we called the service desk and they rectified the situation in minutes. They moved us into a beautiful room and helped us get settled in. The staff at the front desk also helped us plan our stay there. The staff in the kitchen was wonderful. We had bought a meal that needed to be reheated and they graciously did it for us. Our breakfast was great for all of the days as well. The bus stop is right outside of the door and minutes away from the town. We loved it and would stay here again.

Don’t stay here.

Place was clean. I’ll give it that. But a hotel room is meant for a sleeping and showering. The place advertised ac, our room was 80 degrees at best. It was cooler in the hallway. The shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold. Would never recommend.

Property is being fully renovated so only a portion of the rooms are available. Our room was very nice, remodeled, and great design. Restaurant was ok with very limited menu. Breakfast is excellent. Staff very nice and helpful.

Excellent breakfast and modern facilities all round in rooms, retaining old world charm and beauty down stairs, and still for an affordable price. Overall it is good. Nice modern renovated room. Clean. Old hotel and main hallway and stairs are quite aged. Creaks. Breakfast was so so. Not convenient to carry luggage up to check-in as there were no ramp to help, just steps.
