I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The property was nice, the room was spacious and clean, the pool was nice but the beach right downstairs stole the show. No bugs were in the room, AC worked well, food on the property was okay but I preferred other restaurants. The staff was nice and there was always security at night. The only thing that really annoyed me the whole time was locking the door. The lock is weird and we couldn't figure out how to work it.

Absolutely Beautiful Stay with Exceptional Service The area was stunning right on West Bay with gorgeous views. The rooms were beautiful and well-kept, but what really made our stay special was the service. Our flight was delayed, and we arrived after regular hours, but the owner personally stayed up to welcome us and get us settled in. On top of that, we were able to get a late check-out, which made everything even more convenient. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Truly outstanding service all around!

I had came here after I missed my flight going home to the United States and I was just staying here for a night but even the night that I stayed here it was absolutely beautiful it’s not like the bigger more popular resorts. The property is located very well as it’s centrally located on the beach. There are a few things that could be better such as renting a regular room and the size of that room is very small with little to no storage for your personal items. For the money I don’t think this place is priced well. You could gr into the Kimpton for the same price and have much more room. The plumbing is not very good and draining of the shower is not good at all. I had to move rooms because of this issue and our second room had the same issue so your bathroom will have water outside of the shower. Throwing toilet paper in the waste basket isn’t sanitary. All in all this isn’t a bad location but for the price it could be better managed

Amazing Resort and staff. A pure Oasis in the heart of paradise. Located on Roatan’s best beach but designed so you can leave the beach and within feet you are in pure serenity. Staff went above and beyond at every opportunity. Would highly recommend. Thanks Tyron.

The Arca was an amazing boutique property. Everything is immaculately kept and the staff is amazing (and I rarely say this but you definitely noticed people like Ezra taking good care of guests). Everything is also exactly as pictured, the pool area was a nice retreat on many afternoons. Overall a 5 out of 5 for the hotel, the only caveat that the location can lead it to be less relaxing than expected (although on quiet days it was amazing and again it just depends on you preferences). Just check the cruise ship itinerary ahead of time depending on your own preferences!
