I splurged and booked a pool access room. This was a great investment and I could easily read or have coffee just outside my door. Service and communication of the hotel were excellent. Location is a 15 minute walk from downtown but they do provodw shutes. The walk is easy. If you stay more than 2 nights the airport shuttle is free. Airport only 15 minutes away. I ate at the restaurant several times and the food was great. Happy hour by the pool every afternoon. The spa has sauna and hot tub and massages available. I partook and enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again!

宿は素晴らしくとても素敵な滞在であったのに、最後チェックアウトの際に間違えてつけられて利用していないプールバーの料金を請求されていて残念な気持ちになりました。支払ってしまってもうヴィエンチャンを出たあとに気づきましたが、そういったミスがこのようなホテルでも起こるのかと残念です

The staff were so incredibly polite and friendly, it really made us feel special. We had an issue with our first room so the manager upgraded us to a fabulous room in the main building which elevated our whole holiday.

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. It began with a complimentary airport pickup, which was a very welcome touch. The hotel is well located, just a 10–15 minute walk from the old town. In addition, the hotel offers a free shuttle service throughout the city for both drop-offs and pick-ups, which was extremely convenient (requests are made via WhatsApp). The room was spacious and the complimentary minibar was a nice bonus. The hotel itself is modern, comfortable and well maintained. We honestly have nothing negative to say and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Pretty much everything was perfect. Lovely room opening onto pool. Beautiful and spotlessly clean surroundings. Excellent breakfast menu. Such attentive staff. Shuttle rides to and from the town centre on demand. Complimentary airport pick-up/drop-off. So many little touches. Housekeeping would com in and even fold clothes if left on bed or chair. Reception came over to us in lobby rather than have us wait at desk to check in, and then came out to wave us off as we keft with a little gift of biscuits.

Exceptional Hotel in the heart of Luang Prabang

Cannot fault this hotel, everything was perfect. Free shuttles to the night market and back via whatsapp .. modern but authentic bedrooms, quality bedding and modern bathroom, reasonable prices at the bar! in a quiet area of LP yet with so much to walk to locally and scooters and cars to hire from the hotel, getting around could t be easier. We saw many of the other hotels we considered and not a patch on Mybanlao.

空港や近隣施設への無理送迎はありがたいスタッフはみんなフレンドリーで親切部屋や設備は少し古さを感じる特にシャワールームがカーテンで仕切られているだけなので、シャワーの後、洗面の床に水が広がってマットがすぐビチョビチョになるのはなんとかしてほしい

This resort is truly fantastic

A perfect stay at this luxurious resort where perfection is the standard and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool area is picture perfect. And the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We also enjoyed watching the turtles and relaxing at the indoor sauna. The manager on duty was very friendly and polite. He always talked with us and he gave us good suggestions on what to do in and around Luang Prabang. We were driven in style by electric vehicles to and from the night market. We really felt as part of the Mybanlao family during our relaxing stay there.

This place was beautiful. Staffs were over the top nice and very attentive. We stayed one night because our flight was delayed a whole day. I wish we would’ve stayed there the whole 5days. The rooms with a swim out pool is a must. Food was amazing. Everything was amazing.
