Foi um ótima estadia, desde a recepção até o checkout. O atendimento é muito bom. A alimentação é boa (podiam melhorar as sobremesas, tem muitas mas pouco saborosas). Os drinks são bons. Achei a estrutura do hotel excelente. Quem está na área adultos podem aproveitar o lazer da área que não é. A praia em frente ao hotel é boa, com cadeiras e bangalôs para dois. Analisando na ótica de preço, achei o custo/benefício incrível.

Opinión general del hotel: En general, es un buen hotel y puedo recomendarlo. Las instalaciones son agradables y los restaurantes a la carta ofrecen una comida excelente, además de contar con personal muy amable y atento en la mayoría de las áreas. Aspectos que deberían mejorar: Sin embargo, hubo varios detalles que me preocupan. Pedí servicio a la habitación en tres ocasiones y nunca llegó; tampoco presentaron excusas. Esto me causó molestias y mi esposa pasó hambre esperando. La señora del área de reservas de restaurantes fue poco cortés y no me brindó ayuda, aunque otro miembro del personal sí se preocupó por resolver la situación. También pedí apoyo especial por ser mi aniversario —incluso ofrecí pagarlo—, pero no colocaron ningún detalle ni realizaron nada al respecto. Además, la señora de limpieza arrojó agua sucia en la piscina privada de la habitación swim-up, algo totalmente inapropiado. Otro inconveniente fue que colocaron la habitación de mi hija lejos de la nuestra, a pesar de que solicitamos estar cerca. Las llaves de la habitación tampoco funcionaron correctamente, y tuve que volver a recepción varias veces para reprogramarlas. El bufé no fue de buena calidad, aunque, como mencioné, los restaurantes a la carta sí resultaron excelentes. Conclusión: Creo que el hotel tiene mucho potencial, pero necesita mejorar la atención al detalle y la coordinación del personal. Son errores pequeños, pero constantes, que afectan la experiencia general.

The property is a short 15 minute drive from the airport and is gated with security at the front. When you arrive you’re automatically being greeted by a sales presentation and pitch to upgrade your stay by receiving a different colored wristband which will allow for access to other exclusive pools and cabanas with towels already laid out and provided on the beach chair. Those pools don’t have a swim up bar and are usually pretty quiet and unoccupied. For the main pool that everyone went to which is the swim up (on the adults side), the service there is amazing. Bartender Juan will make all your drinks and provide great entertainment. The activity entertainment people are high energy and great. Jeffrey knows how to make you feel comfortable and join in on the games and activities. The junior double swim up room I had, decent in size, huge shower, separate toilet room, double sink, robes and slippers provided, decent size rub in the middle of the bathroom area, the couch pulls out, lots of storage area for your clothing, steamer provided as well as two umbrellas, mini fridge, decent lighting, the AC/heating unit worked amazingly, the temperature of the swim up was usually warm, and the door had a press to lock button. The phone didn’t have a directory on it to call for the front desk, room service, or anything. You can select and purchase room service from the tv. The WiFi was also pretty decent.

Property was nice and well kept. Staff was well accommodating. Pools were nice. Roof top Sunset Bar pool area was an excellent amenity. Beach area was nice. Plenty of chairs at both the pool and beach areas. If you are looking for a peaceful quiet vacation the adult side is perfect for that. But for us the Adult side was a little too relaxing. It was lacking in engagement of the entertainment staff throughout the day and evening that we are accustom to with our other trips. If you are looking for more entertainment and having daily evening shows, you would be better to stay on the family side.

The staff is great, very friendly, efficient makes you feel like family. The rooms were very nice and the a/c in the room was excellent. What was horrible and unacceptable was that all the restaurants (Gourmet, Asian, Steakhouse, Buffets) as well as the theater had no Air Conditioner. The staff was incredible in all the places though they were all sweating as they were in a sauna. They were not the only ones sweating so were we, it was like dining in a steam bath. I did ask the staff and no one had an answer. We were there 7 days and we will not be returning due to this. The only area that had a/c was the gift shop next to the theater as well as the club (disco). Some areas, hallways in the main lobby were not lit up in the evening as ell. i do not know if they are attempting to lower their electricity cost but it was very bad. We went with another couple who went last year and highly recommended the property and they must have apologized 3-4 times per day to use. They were embarrassed (though we told them how could they know). We had the room with the swim out pool yet we were not considered "elite' which the only perks were "premium" liquor (not so premium either) and the use of an elite pool which last year was 1 of the adult pools and 1 bottle of liquor given to you every 5 days. These were the main differences which is was ridiculous and gave the impression of just a cheap upsell trick. We will NOT RETURN to this hotel.

I only have 1500 characters so I will keep this simple: Don’t book this hotel. Booked 8 days with my family and by the third day we regretted it. The major issue is that none of the common spaces have their AC ON. You heard right, there is AC but it is off and the controls are under a locked plastic enclosure. The heat in all restaurants (and I mean ALL!) was unbearable. You will suffocate while having a meal with sweat running down your face and legs. Please understand this is a managerial decision, which trickles down into a plethora of problems. Look at the pics and stay away from this one, there are plenty of great hotels in Punta Cana, and this one is at the very bottom of the pile. This place is run down, starting with a poor choice of materials for a wet climate. Wallpaper was peeling off, there were cans inside every toilet (no idea why), door handles were rusty and gross, our tub didn’t have a drain stopper, there is mold where grout used to exist between tiles in the shower, broken ceiling fan controller, etc., etc., etc.… Room service is inconsistent, and they don’t read your notes. You can order through a cumbersome system on your room TV, and good luck getting your food – sometimes it comes, sometimes it doesn't… Last, reception will call when you are sleeping. It doesn’t matter when you will be sleeping. Shout out to Alejandro in the buffet and Keroline in the pool, both exceptional (hard stop!). … Stay away.
