Best hotel in town loved it <3

No one helped us with our luggage. We had to carry them along those very steep stairs. Best experience ever. I loved carrying luggages over 3 stor so it’s ok and I will still come next time.

Location are convenient

we have to walk the stairs from ground floor to 3rd floor with 2 big luggages when we arrived, the toilet flush faucet has very little water and small place when we took the shower as well as our room were noisy, which was faced in the cross street.

No shampoo, body wash and slippers were provided, so for those who planned to come and stay, you need to come prepared. Another thing is it’s too close to Paddington Station so I could hear the train noise every few minutes. There was this incident during my 3-day stay. I travelled alone. I was terrified when I was sleeping in my bed but a drunk man was banging on my door and shouting, “Open the door! Let me in!” I asked who that was and he kept saying “It’s me! Just open the door!” I said I wouldn’t open the door cuz it was my room! He asked me who I was and I said I was staying in the room and I asked him who he was again but after a minute he left. I heard no noise anymore so I got dressed, took my belongings and rushed to the reception while I spotted a white drunk man standing there in the hallway...I told the staff what happened and he said no worries, the drunk man just went to the wrong side of the building...but the whole process scared the tail off me...

酒店位置超方便，十分近Paddington站，樓下就有幾架巴士去不同的景點。房間的浴室十分新淨，較細但可以接受，房內不夠掛鈎，掛衣服、毛巾的地方不夠。早餐豐富、美味。check out後寄存行李到下午二時，超過二時就要收5鎊一件。

Contact the hotel in advance as our daughter was temporarily needing a wheelchair… great response and they gave us a ground floor family room for accessibility. Beds really comfortable. Yes you can hear and feel the underground but I guess that’s to be expected when you book a hotel so close to Paddington! Room was warm but again… an older building so to be expected. Location great!

Pour un voyage solo, j’ai séjourné une deuxième fois dans cet hôtel qui est absolument basique mais qui est convenable pour les séjours où l’hôtel n’est fait que pour dormir De plus la localisation est très bien avec pas mal de transport en commun aux alentours J’ai entendu et senti le métro mais personnellement cela ne m’as pas empêché de dormir.

You will not sleep due to the underground

Room Number 2 in this Hotel is unsuitable for a nights sleep. It is on top of the under line and the noise is unbelievable. The whole room shakes and is deafening when a train passes. As you cannot guarantee what room they will assign you i would avoid this Hotel at all costs. You will not sleep. Also when you leave the Hotel at midnight they will refuse to refund a room that is completely unacceptable as a Hotel room.

Great customer service!

At first I was frustrated and disappointed with the initial room given to me, and the price above the standard room that they charged me. But I was very happy with the room they gave me which was a double instead of a single. It had a balcony and the doors were magnificent. The service was excellent at the front desk in the morning.

Vart ska jag börja.... hotellet ligger perfekt för en weekend i London och had varit utmärkt om bemötandet från hela personalen hade varit konsekvent och om det inte tog 30 min för att får varmvatten i duschen och en ventilationen som inte gör något. En av dagarn var det fortfarande kondens från morgonens duch när vi kom tillbaka på kvällen...städningen och hotellets ytskick - man får vad.man betalar för...men vissa saker så som ventilation, varmvatten och ett gott bemötande kan göra mycket för upplevelsen!
