The beds were very comfortable. Staff were professional yet friendly. Room very clean. We were fortuante enough to have a car park which was essential for us. Be aware there is limited car parking which was not shown when we booked.

We were there for the cricket so it was nice to get upgraded to the ‘gabba room’ as we then overlooked the stadium. Not enough to watch the match but nice and close to the stadium, so it was nice. Room is lovely and spacious, with a full sized fridge so you can freeze stuff if you want to.

Hotel un peu froid et impersonnel. Nous avions une chambre au 5eme etage avec le vitrage occulté car donnant sur un immeuble a quelques metres.En revanche tres bien sur propreté confort et petit déjeuner. Pas de parking dispo dans l'hotel contrairement a ce qui etait sous entendu. Il a fallu se garer a quelques blocs de l hotel dans la rue.

The location was not ideal as there was no free parking available for customers. Finding street parking was very difficult, and we had to walk quite a distance to get to the hotel. The bathroom design was also unsafe - water splashed everywhere while showering, which could easily cause someone to slip. Lastly, allowing pets in the hotel wasn’t pleasant; there was a noticeable dog smell in the lifts which made the experience uncomfortable.

A couple of issues. Crokery provided but no washing detergent or tea towel.Kitchen window requires a blind. Outside lights flicking on and off all night. Noisy. Taxi drop off and pick is an issue. That needs to be looked into. Every driver complained about access and exit

Excellent Hotel comfortable bed and pillows laundry available you just need your own detergent. The plunge pool on the top was great there is strong jets for massage. Great location to The Gabba and walking to Kangaroo Point. There is Coles Express 10 minute walk, Pineapple Hotel for lunch $15 meals, close to McDonald's and KFC. 10 minute walk from Woolloongabba station. The room has microwave fridge and facilities for eating. You need to contact reception for detergent for washing up. The top floor has great views.

The only temporary pre check in parking was difficult to find and access, and then was blocked with witch's hats. Longer term parking options limited or inadequate. The room itself was very nice and appreciated the inclusion of a kitchenette and decent size fridge.
