Our stay here was brief. We stayed just one night between leaving our cruise ship and flying out of San Juan. Our room wasn’t ready when we got there, but the hotel staff was very friendly and quickly prepared our room. The rooms were a good size and there was a fridge in our room. The hotel has a beautiful rooftop view of the surrounding bay and beach. We loved that our room was just steps from the water. This was a nice place to spend our last night in Puerto Rico before heading home. We didn’t use it because this was after our cruise, but the hotel does have shuttle service to the cruise port. We would stay here again!

Staff is very nice. No wash cloths or hand towels or shampoo or conditioner. Very light in the room at night door does not close all the way and the light on the heater air conditioner has a super bright light. Not likely to stay again.

Enjoyed our stay. The room were every clean and orderly and the stall was very friendly and accommodating. We could not speak Spanish and they went out of their way to help us and things for the room and ordering food. Would stay again.

Loved that there is on site restaurant I didn’t require nightlife or anything other than a quiet comfortable clean stay and this was perfect. The views surrounding were stunning. This is truly a hidden gem.

This a wonderful out of the way hotel. It gets you away from the busy San Juan area. The semi-private beach is the perfect getaway. The bar and grill had great food and amazing service. The owners were very accommodating. They always made sure that we had what we needed. I plan on staying here anytime I visit Puerto Rico. Thank you Dreams Hotel.
