Eco friendly comfy bed

Friendly staff. Eco friendly hotel with nice view from room. Very spacious room with comfy bed, we had really good sleep. Very handy laundry room, hopefully they will have more machines, as they are always fully occupied. We had a pleasant stay.

Incredible Stay. Great hotel, Super Friendly and helpful staff, very kind put us in a great room with a great view. The restuarant SiSi on the 15th floor rooftop was also great. Good views from the gym on and just so much more. Recently a fan of the The Social Hub Hotels, so i will be looking to stay in more locations!

O quarto é muito confortável e impecavelmente limpo. A estrutura do hotel é excelente, com comodidades muito práticas — como a lavanderia 24/7, cujas máquinas podem ser reservadas pelo aplicativo, facilitando o uso e avisando o término de cada ciclo. A cozinha de uso comum também pode ser um diferencial muito útil. Além disso, o atendimento foi excepcional do início ao fim. Uma experiência realmente positiva!

Front desk poorly managed. Few staff have eye contact with you but they keep on doing their own things with their heads down. We did the check in ourselves after waiting for waiting for a while.When we did the check in at the panel, found out the staffs that ignoring us are eating chocolate bar just right next to it. Make sense to have auto check in as their service can be completely replace. Only one asian staff taking her job seriously. Morning shift look sleepier than us with all the yawning and stretching. Check out was great! They looked at their screen, head down and said bye have a good day. Pity though as the hotel is well maintained

Excellent vibe and plenty of social space. Service was top drawer, check-in quick and easy, and staff were very helpful. Excellent value for money. Beach is a short walk away and lots of activity. Great choice.

lovely hotel and amazing roof top bar, but i am struggling to get past all of the lights being turned on in the middle of the night (potentially by someone walking into the room) and the no running water which meant i wasnt able to shower before my meeting... really not great

We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was close to the beach and had a cozy, pleasant atmosphere—perfect if you want easy access to everything in the city while staying slightly removed from the busier, more tourist-heavy areas. The rooftop bar was excellent for pre-dinner or post-dinner drinks. The room was of a very high standard, and the service was great, with daily cleaning and fresh towels provided every day. A solid 10/10.

O quarto excelente, cafe da manha muito gostoso e o atendimento do Pedro Ferreira que fez meu check in e o check out nota 10!!! Foi gentil, deu dicas e com certeza retornaremos. Outra coisa la tem vaga para carro eletrico e isso foi mt bom, o estacionamento é excelente e detalhe nao te cobram o carregamento.
