Room appeared recently refurbished and was very modern. Very happy with what we got for what we paid too. Location was perfect for us, 20 mins walk to Fisherman’s wharf area if that’s your thing, or $12 or so in an uber from Macy’s area too. Would certainly use again.

Nice and clean but noisy.

The hotel is located next to high high-traffic street, and the car and motorcycle noise can affect your sleep past 5 am. I believe the rooms need more soundproofing so that the guests can sleep and are not disturbed by street noise.

Free parking was a huge plus. The location was safe and walkable to many attractions. The room was decent it could’ve been cleaner. There was some hairs on the floor from prior guests and the sheets had a couple tiny stains but nothing alarming. The room is okay to stay for a few nights. Check-in and out is easy, there was maid service. Overall the property was good and I would stay here again.

Nice, quiet hotel with convenient parking

The hotel offered a great stay close to Ghiradelli square and other tourist attractions. The free parking was limited, but we got there early enough that it wasn’t a problem. If the lot is full, you can use a lot a block away at another hotel with the same owner. They let us keep our car at the hotel several hours past checkout which was awesome! The hotel was in a safe location and quiet at night, and the bed was firm but comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!
