Our favorite stay of our trip. The front desk clerk, Tomas, was a pleasure to chat with and so helpful. Thank you! The hotel manager went out of his way every day to make sure everything was great. The room was nice and all the staff was super attentive. Great location and garage parking available. We hope to return soon!

The room was okay but it's beginning to show some age. It's allegedly a five star but my opinion is that is more like 4 stars. The front desk persons were amazing and helpful. It is centrally located and within walking distance of anything in the center of town. We had no issues with the wi-fi and the parking garage was pretty convenient. I would stay again.

The front desk was great. We checked in last minute and asked for toiletries. They brought them up. The room was so spacious. The bathroom was huge with amenities. Shower, tub, robe snd slippers. Snacks to purchase. Complimentary water. The bed was super comfortable. Lovely pillows. Very relaxing stay. We awoke to snow. Which wonderful to see. We went to breakfast. Which was adequate and enough to eat. Great selection. The general manager was very nice and came around to the tables. Even refilled our coffee if necessary. Parking extra and in the underground. We would come again. Checking in and out is easy. A beautiful place to stay. I highly recommend it. Staff is very nice and cordial

Rooms very tired and dirty

Hotel from receiotiijnkooks very nice, room was very old and could have done with a good clean, as was very dirty. Reception very slow, huge queue and only 1 person for check out. Don’t get excited by the Tesla destination, only the home slow charger and two of them, but as soon as you have a car in them they are there all night, was a nightmare trying to find someplace to charge. Stayed In a few hotels in Andorra, and this would be the last one I would stay in now.

Non è un 5 stelle. Ex struttura Holliday e si vede. Datata, necessita di manutenzione importante. Abbiamo soggiornato in una jr suite. Personale sufficientemente professionale ma non certo affabile, mai un sorriso o un cenno cortese. Forse perché non abbiamo prenotato sul loro sito ma tramite hotel.com? Ad ogni modo, prenotato per l’accesso alla Spa, non avevamo accappatoi in stanza (no comment) e alla spa non c’era nessun incaricato cui poter chiedere alcunché. Siamo comunque scesi, in “abiti civili”. Vista la quantità di persone stipate, mi chiedo a che servisse la prenotazione. Colazione a buffet buona ma non certo all’altezza di un 5 stelle. Unica nota positiva, due letti matrimoniali molto ampi e comodi. Posto moto in garage a pagamento ma comodo

No es un 5 estrellas, no os dejéis engañar.

No es un hotel de 5 estrellas pero te cobran como si lo fueran. Pague 300€ por una noche pensando que había elegido un buen hotel y es más bien mediocre, mediocre en instalaciones y mediocre en el servicio. Llegamos a las 6 de la tarde y el pasillo estaba lleno de toallas y carritos de limpieza, el baño de la habitación dejamos mucho que desear, la ducha colgaba, los azulejos pintados por encima, el vinilo del suelo del barato y bufado por el agua….. una vergüenza.

Nous avons réserver cet hôtel pour bénéficier en famille du spa et piscine. Nous avons appeler la veille la réception qui nous a stipuler que la piscine et spa ferait l objet d une réservation à notre arrivée Nous avons payer 500 euros la nuit et la!!! Quelle déception !!! Pas de possibilité de faire du spa et de la piscine car pas de place!!! Génial!! Si nous avions été informé lors de notre appel ( qui a eu lieu avant la réservation) nous n aurions certainement pas donné suite ! De plus les personnes à la réception on été désagréable en nous disant que ce n était pas une obligation de pouvoir bénéficier de ses services!! Quel est l intérêt alors de communiquer sur les dits services!!! Publicité mensongère … aucun respect des clients!! Et surtout aucune communication sur le fait que ces services peuvent ne pas nous être proposé (bien entendu même au téléphone avant réservation) Cela se passe de commentaire…à fuir!!!

Il faut éviter les chambres donnant sur l'avenue car c'est très bruyant. L'hôtel n'est pas bien isolé phoniquement. Le spa n'est pas très grand et les gens confondent avec une piscine municipale !
