Before arriving in Miami, I read several negative reviews but still decided to give this place a chance. Unfortunately, the reviews were absolutely correct.
The apartment was extremely dirty, with hair everywhere, trash left from previous guests, and a complete lack of hygiene. The cleaning was so poor that we chose not to use the housekeeping service and ended up buying cleaning supplies and cleaning the apartment ourselves.
When we arrived, there were no towels or toilet paper, and we had to go downstairs to complain and request these basic items. The service was terrible: poorly trained staff, unable to assist with anything, and an extremely rude manager.
Another major issue is that no one spoke English, only Spanish, which is unacceptable for a hotel in the United States, especially in Miami.
We stayed in the largest apartment (167 m²), which made the experience even more disappointing, as the space has great potential but is completely neglected and poorly maintained.
We considered changing hotels, but at the last minute the prices were extremely high. If there had been any reasonably priced option, we would have changed hotels immediately.
I do not recommend this hotel. Management clearly does not care about the guest experience, and urgent improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and overall management.
