Front desk was professional and quick. Room was decent, i expected more from a 4 star hotel i.e dust above the mini fridge cleaned and the vents/heater/ac area cleaned full of dust Would expect the ice machine to be small room with a door, you can hear it from a few doors down i feel bad for the room in front. Luckily only one person used it so far Bed was comfy, bathroom looked nice. The drains have trouble draining in the bathtub as water would pool up

This room was terrible. It was the last room in the “Attic” which is some weird addition to the hotel which also houses residents. Carpets were stained, hot water didn’t work, room was dark and the neighbors kept me up all night. Felt like a hostel! I was disappointed to say the least

I will never stay at this hotel again. The mandatory USD 40 per night hotel fee was neither disclosed on the Hotels.com listing nor clearly explained at check-out. It was presented as a refundable deposit but later applied as a non-refundable fee I also requested an official invoice/receipt for this hotel fee and have been waiting for over a week, with no response. The hotel itself is very large, yet one of the elevators was out of order throughout my entire stay, causing constant waiting times. The air conditioning unit is extremely loud, making it difficult to rest. Overall, this experience was disappointing due to lack of transparency, poor communication, and maintenance issues.
