I had to cancel my reservation because of an emergency cancelled trip and after multiple attempts to reach the hotel manager to explain my situation and ask for a refund, I was never able to get in touch with him. I tried calling, emails, messages via Hotels.com and nothing worked. I was even told by the hotel desk to call at 1 or 2 am my time in order to speak to him. Nowhere in the world does this happens anymore. Hotels value their guests. Worst customer experience ever. More than a thousand dollars spent and not even a reply to my message or returned phone call. You can contact me and I can provide additional information about this unfortunate incident. Never have I has this experience with a Radisson hotel before.
