The major positive of my stay was the quality of service provided by Ruby, who was on the front desk in the evenings during my 3 day stay. She was efficient, professional, calm and incredibly impressive and I will remember my stay at The Bedford Hotel primarily for the effort she made to make my stay a pleasant experience. Siobhán was so kind and helpful. In fact, everyone I interacted with at the front desk was so helpful but Siobhán especially. She was able to get me into my room a bit earlier than usual which was an enormous help given my jet lag. She also recommended a lovely place to eat. My room was very clean and comfortable and the location is very convenient for the tube and lots of dining options/shopping. I'll definitely come back to the Bedford the next time I'm in London.

Great hotel in a great location with great staff

We were very happy with our stay at the Bedford Hotel. It's in a great location and it is well kept and looks freshly decorated. What made this a good stay was the friendliness and professionalism of the hotel staff. They were always extremely helpful and accommodating. We were able to store our bag for the day, even after we checked out - which was a huge, huge help to us! Overall it was a great stay and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Good option in Bloomsbury

This is a nice option for a stay in London. Extremely central but quiet (with triple glazed windows facing the street, and a lovely garden view out back). I liked my view of the British Museum roof! The service is very good, and the breakfast is excellent. In short, highly recommended.
