La propiedad y la experiencia es buena, la gente del staff, camaristas, y meseros, excelente, las recepcionistas son un poco corta tes y poco de ayuda, no son groseras, solo no son muy comunicativas.. en general todo muy bien, solo ese detalle de no ser de mucha ayuda ya que te dicen que checaran, pero no le dan seguimiento

La cabaña estaba muy bonita, Pero no cumplia con lo que había reservado, no tenía más camas Queen solo matrimoniales. Recomiendo ir con camioneta y tener cuidado ya que los caminos hacia las cabañas no son muy buenos, y hay muchos desniveles, rosaba en carro constantemente y son daños en los que no se hacen responsables. Las atracciones algo caro para lo que ofrecen

El hotel ya le hace falta una renovación la alberca está muy viejita al igual que el jacuzzi, mantienen muy bien el lobby como para dar buena impresión, le hace falta que le metan más , los accesos son complicados, para el precio te imaginas algo mucho mejor. El personal no te lleva a las actividades

El resort está padrísimo, sin embargo a la hora de reservar un paseo a caballo nos dijeron sigan el mapa, dónde venía señalado era subiendo la montaña ... Sin embargo después de una hora caminando y no encontrar nada hablamos y nos dijeron, no sr está a pie de carretera. Osea que el paseo que era a caballo por la montaña nos lo aventamos a pie. Otra el colchón ya estaba viejo nos dolió la espalda.

La habitacion que me dieron primero no era la que solicite, pues la que estaba disponible en la app era de cama king size y me dieron una con 2 camas matrimoniales; ademas olia mucho a comida y la terraza estaba sucia: al final me cambiaron a una con king size despues de que tuve que discutir con la Srita de recepcion porque decia que al haber sido la reserva por expedia ella no podia hacer nada al respecto, pero al final accedio.. la segunda habitacion tambien estaba muy sucia la terraza, llena de colillas de cigarro. Lo peor de la noche es que aun y cuando entras firmas un escrito que dice que no debes tener music con volumen alto, en la habitacion contigua habian varias personas haciendo mucho ruido, tenian una fiesta con volumen alto, corriendo y moviendo muebles; los reporte a recepcion y un caballero me dijo que los iban a ir a callar pero eso nunca sucedio y el ruido continuo a mas de las 3 de la manana.... al dia siguiente lo reporte y solo me dijeron que se disculpaban pero la mala noche nadie me lo quito.. En general fue una mala experiencia

La atención fue muy buena tanto en recepción como en restaurante, solo por teléfono para pedir informes antes de llegar si fue muy mala, la señora no tenía ganas de responder las dudas y fue muy cortante; la cabaña está muy linda y chiquita pero equipada con todo lo necesario para una familia pequeña, él área de alberca está bien pero si ya se empieza a ver deteriorada, desayunamos en el restaurante y si es un poco caro los platillos para lo que son, ese día no había buffette. En general es un lugar muy tranquilo y seguro para descansar un rato de la ciudad.
