Exceeded expectations

Absolutely fantastic. We paid extra for the sea view and so glad we did. The room decor delightful, as well as being clean and comfortable with well thought out amenities e.g. decent hairdryer and coffee machine. Restaurant experience great and all staff amazing. Beautiful room both in furnishing and decor (room 10). What a great bit of planning to have the bathroom on the floor above to offer some privacy. The bathroom was very spacious and stylish with great water pressure. The host gave a lovely welcome and showed us to our room. The mini bar in the room was 'normal' prices, what a nice suprise! The pub downstairs was very nice where we enjoyed a couple of drinks. The breakfast was really special - I really enjoyed the Turkish eggs. A great spot on the harbour. Shame the tall ship had been moved due to repairs. All in all- and absolutely lovely stay.

Fabulous Pier House stay

We were very impressed with the room and facilities. Comfortable and clean. Lovely little touches from quilted rain coats to fresh milk in the fridge and even complementary larger in the fridge in our room. Also a super selection of coffee pods and tea for our use which added a bit of luxury to our stay. Staff were incredibly helpful and personally showed us to our room. Breakfast was excellent as was our evening meal. Highly recommended
