Murren is a beautiful little town that is perfect for hiking. (we went in the summer) This hotel is located near the train station so the access is easy and it's a short walk from the gondola too. The restaurant is magnificent and the staff super friendly and helpful. There is a lot of construction going on around the hotel, but it should be finished soon. I highly recommend this hotel for a family vacation.

Our room was immaculate when checking in and the entire staff was very informative and helpful. The breakfast buffet was everything you would want and more. The hoteliers service were superb. I think the chained hotels should learn from them. From the moment you reach the station until the day you check out, you felt very warmth, the staffs are attentive and makes you feel very much at home. And they are genuinely happy that you’re staying with them. TBH, I am super glad that managed to book the last room.
