Great stay near the airport. Hotel was well staffed to accommodate the high volume of guests coming in on the complimentary airport shuttle. The bar and and cafe/shop were open late, and a filling breakfast started being served at 6am which was convenient for our early flight.

the staff was friendly and helpful. i did not understand the heating element (you have to set it to 35 degrees celsius to get it going!), so someoe came up to the room to explain it to me. the restaurant was overpriced, but the deli counter in the lobby was more reasonable. i think that charging 2 pounds to use the luggage scale is a cheap move on the hotel's part -- a nice hotel should provide this service free of charge. the shuttle bus was excellent. it ran every 25-30 minutes. it took less than 10 minutes to reach the airport.

Meh. I always feel disappointed when I’m paying this amount for an outdated hotel with basic rooms, and they don't offer any complimentary coffee or anything, and still overcharge for their food. I get it, its an airport hotel, so the convenience is the point, but I was underwhelmed.

We were only in our room for a matter of hours. Our flight coming in was quite delayed, and we didn’t check in until past midnight, and left early the next morning. It fit our needs completely. It was very clean and comfortable. A great feature was the shuttle bus to and from the airport. Even though we had a very late/early morning flight arrival, the bus was still available.

Stayed here for the third time, and again the cleaning service left dirty dishes and did not fill the tea, coffee, biscuits that were used. It's a shame to experience the same mistakes from the cleaning crews. Other than that everything else was very good.

I arrived after a late flight and there were four people at the reception desk. None of them acknowledge me until I finally got one of them to notice me. He seemed irritated to even have to look up my name and then took a phone call in the middle and just laid my key on the counter, pointing into the elevators. There is no conversation about what was available or when breakfast might be. The lobby was very loud because it was right by the bar. The room was hot when I got to it and I opened a window. Thank goodness it was cool outside because there was no thermostat anywhere to be found in the room. There were no directions for anything in the room, including the remote controls. I tried turning on the TV and could not make it work. I was not gonna go back down to the reception desk and ask anything because of the way that I was treated when I came in.
