if you look for a place to sleep and bath, is okay

I reserved two nights stay in this suite I check in and stayed for day 1 I left at day 2 and immediately booked another hotel in Oia because I could not put up with this pro: 1) quiet, can sleep 2) a large bottle of water provided 3) enough hot water for bath cons: 1) you need to walk down a long stair when you check-in. if you are with luggage, be ready for a quick work out here 2) when I asked the staff how could I get back to ground level at the day of check out, he replied "I don't know" 3) eventually housekeeper asked me for 5 euros for lifting up the luggage back to ground level 4) wifi is poor which requires 3 mins to send out a text-only gmail 5) official photos are not real enough, especially interior part 6) not to mention countless flying bug 7) staff is literally friendly, but no detailed explanation of the local district 8) reception is not always opened in daytime 9) breakfast,,,,, um... alright is okay... but fall short of my expectation

Relaxing stay

Enjoyed our stay with the amazing view from the balcony, especially while having the breakfast and being surprised by the sunset. Easy to catch the local bus to Fira or Oia. Nice location in Firostefani!

想像以上の絶景だった。かなりお得感あり。フィラのバス停から大きな荷物がなければ歩ける距離。ホテル側のフィロステファニのバス停を利用すれば問題ない。フェリーターミナルからティラの公共バスは2.5€でかなり快適。カプリ島のエアコンのない小型バスとは大違いだった。フィラでバス乗り換えれば結構簡単に来れる

The staff Reynalda and Luis were so friendly and helpful! There are a lot of steps to rooms but they helped with luggage! The breakfast each morning was plentiful and a great start to the day, served on the balcony overlooking the caldera! This hotel a wonderful sunset view of the caldera and volcano.

선셋 선라이즈 전망하러 다른 곳으로 갈 필요없을 정도로 뷰는 좋은 곳. 접근성이 많이 불편함. 주차 가능한 곳에서 가파른계단길 300미터 이동해야함. 조식도 평범한 수준.

Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, von der Buchung Anmeldung, bis Auschecken. Trägerhilfe bei den letzten steilen Stufen, hat gut geklappt. Aussicht prima und gute Ruhe. Frühstück geht extra, haben wir nicht probiert, da wir keine großen Frühstücker sind. Ein Morgen war überall Stromausfall und Renata hat uns mit dem Gaskocher Greek Kaffee gemacht. Wunderbar. Wir waren 2 Nächte und kommen wieder. P.S. einzige, wasserhahn im bad hat getropft, aber diese Probleme haben wohl mehrere m d pipeline.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The hotel is beautiful with breathtaking views and the staff is so extremely nice and wonderful. We had a very late arrival and they greet us as the transfer drop us off to help guide us to our room. I absolutely love this hotel!

Very happy with our stay here. Had a fantastic view and lots of space. The staff were incredibly accommodating with our requests and super friendly. They helped us with recommendations, maps, and shuttle service. The property is further away from main spots but has better rates. Would definitely recommend!

Walking was great IF you like steps! Which I do! 82 steps down to our room and 82 back up to dining, shopping, etc. I love being on the side of the mountain and overlooking the Caldera! Most beautiful sunsets ever! I feel like a princess !

This is a room only property. No pool, dining room etc. The property has exceptional views of the Caldera. It does have a lot of steps to the rooms, however most of the caldera view hotels do. We loved the help that was given to take our luggage up and down the stairs. Outstanding young man.

Hotel offers amazing views and excellent value for money. Would be hard to find any other property in Santorini that offers these views at this price point. Not too many stairs compared to other properties but they assist with taking your luggage from the main road to your room. Hotel is a short 10min scenic walk to the centre of Fira but the restaurants and shops directly above the hotel are also good if you want to escape the cruise ship crowds. Special mention to Olga who provided us with a great room, helped with transfers and made our stay very comfortable.
